EXTREMALY DISAPPOINTED !!! CHETED !! PAID FOR OIL FULL SERVICE WHERE OIL ANC OIL FILTER WERE NOT CHANGED !!!!. 18 months ago, I Took my Holden for scheduled log service, paid $377 for service and upon checking the dipstick, I noted the oil was not changed !! I tried to argue with the service manager, I showed him the oil wiled on tissue, only to be told that its how an oil after change is supposed to look like as it mixed up with leftover residue in the sump !!! Furthermore I pre-market oil filter with a small dot of white-out.. Upon checking, I noted the same filter was fitted. So in effect I paid $377 for my car to sit at Peter Page car park, to be then wiped with an oily rug before being handed back. A total disgrace, shame and it is exactly such poor ethics that lead to the holden badge collapse in Australia.
