GM CAMI Assembly Reviews

Shippers and forklift drivers extremely rude with the drivers.
They deliberately misbehave with the drivers and talk in a very insulting way.
Moreover Shipers don't give any name or there signatures while accepting delivery.
No professionalism.

Will not advise ppl to do delivery/ pickups from this location as shipers are not good with the drivers.

Shipers putting any stamps on the delivery papers and giving back to drivers forcing to accept that stamp.

R.I.P. kelly (Ron) part-time in paint= friendly dispositions , courage to be YOU , peaceful and more ... This world needed a beautiful soul like you !...but you chose to leave :(
As for reviewing my 3 years there : Not a good place , not that work is hard in paint but older staff behavior can be reprehensible but never looked into so "anything goes" really :s
But if you're a gossiper you'll quickly make lots of friends there !...

This is where Chevy s Equinox model being assembled. They make 40 cars per hour. It is most profitable plant of GM across the entire North America. The sad point is this plant has been neglected or ignored by GM due to some reasons. GM shipped most of Equinox s production to Mexico due to cheap labor available their. But now they are facing quality problems their.
I hope they will make this plant better.

Workers are paid too much and rely on the newer employees to do the bulk of the work. A very broken system implemented here. Would not recommend ever working here. You're a number and not a name. Some of the laziest people I've ever met here.

Worst security ever. They speak to you like your a criminal, even though we are engineers there to help them. Very rude and make wait at least 45 mints to get to the planet.

You union buffs are super toast. Your mullett-having shippers like being rude to Muslim drivers? See ya at No Frills.
