Terrible. Three days providing false information on the status of the delivery.

Worst company ever! A package sent to me 2 weeks ago and they don't even know where it is, i had all my clothes in there, how can they still be able to work with all these lost packages. Company leaded by Mickey Mouse.

Never order through this club! They are big crooks who completely strip their self-employed workers!

It is funny to see that in most cases you only think about writing a review if something goes wrong while if something goes well it is the most normal thing in the world and you do not think hee bother writing a positive review .

Top experience with this company and friendly staff

Ordered a product online that would be delivered by GLS. The reviews about GLS already scared me because of the dramatically low figure, but you always assume that you will do better. Oh well not, just like countless other people, I received a message here that I was not at home, while I waited all day at home. And certainly not that I will call customer service, for which you also pay 1 euro per call.

The next time I order online (which I normally never do), I first check which company it is delivered to. When it is provided by GLS, they do not have to count on me as a customer.

GLS - The worst experience of delivery i have ever had, a package of mine was supposed to be delivered in within a max of 3 working days from the shop, but a week later and i have nothing on my own.. and no one taking care of the problem just finding myself searching for who to call and call here and call there.. and send several messages without any reply from the shop of The North Face
What a mess of a service, seriously they couldnt neither give me a good attention on the phone by telling me where is my package, they have any answer to your questions, they couldnt tell me what happened they told me i guess youll have to ask the delivery man (seriously..??) basically they leave you alone with the problem and hoping some day is going to arrive.. a disaster!!

Such a bad delivery service I would be misappropriated my package I have starfanzeige refunded and if you call for customer service put on the immediately if I ask where my goods

The WORST service.The driver was meant to pick up a parcel on 20.09 but turned up unannounced 3 DAYS LATER and REFUSED to pick up a package as it was t"heavy & he had many other runs"!! It's INSANE THEY STILL EXIST! another pick up rescheduled for today and guess what?- NOONE came to pick it! @GLS you really SUCK!

i book the delivery through a global server so i didn't know they where going to use GLS to delivery my parcel. when i discover it and read the reviews online i really wanted to cry, everything was now paid and i didn't have that much time anymore.
the call centre of gls its terrible the woman was already angry when the call start and she was kidding not in a funny way of a serious problem.
at the end the delivery went good, like they said in 3 days the parcel was in my home from Amsterdam to Milan.
it's not possible to contact with the drivers and the people who bring the parcels which it's a bit tricky and trustless
at the end i was happy and surprised with the service, but i don't think i will use gls to send important parcels anymore!

Mediocre business. Not friendly and difficult to reach them. I prefer to do business with another carrier. Sorry GLS.

Package never arrived and if you try to call them they will hang up immediately. Terrible..

GLS faked my signature on official records and stated that they delivered the package to my office address. I filed a complaint and they stated it was delivered to the front desk of my Wework building and signed by an employee. A week later a Wework employee noticed my name on a package at a different Wework building in Amsterdam. GLS delivered my package at different Wework building (not the one on the packaging address) and then stated they fulfilled their end of the agreement. Luckily someone noticed and Ubered my package to the correct building. THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND REFUSES TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!

Although I shared my home address, they claimed that the address is wrong! Their depot is located 1 hour 20 minutes far away from my home! Don`t work with this company!
