GLS - The worst experience of delivery i have ever had, a package of mine was supposed to be delivered in within a max of 3 working days from the shop, but a week later and i have nothing on my own.. and no one taking care of the problem just finding myself searching for who to call and call here and call there.. and send several messages without any reply from the shop of The North Face
What a mess of a service, seriously they couldnt neither give me a good attention on the phone by telling me where is my package, they have any answer to your questions, they couldnt tell me what happened they told me i guess youll have to ask the delivery man (seriously..??) basically they leave you alone with the problem and hoping some day is going to arrive.. a disaster!!
