We have 2 phones and have had nothing but problems...

We have 2 phones and have had nothing but problems with the phones and service. 1 phone will not automatically reset data everytime the plan is renewed (monthly) and I'm told it's because the phone they sold me about a year ago needs updated (replaced) and the other phone we have has a bad battery, just had it in and was told they no longer make a battery for this phone they sold us. 3 phoneS ago (another one they sold us would not power on, they said it was due to a glitch in the phone, that led us to purchasing another one (the one that won't reset the data). Fed up, would strongly NOT RECOMMEND Global Wireless.

Global wireless is a horrible place, total rip off...

Global wireless is a horrible place, total rip off! I have my service on auto pay to make sure my service is not interupted, guess what? It was interupted. On a weekend. When they are closed and I have no recourse but to get on their website and pay for the second time, so that I can make a phone call during an emergency. I figured I can call on Monday, when they finally open, and get the issue fixed. WRONG!! They had the nerve to tell me I went over my minutes allottment, not possible because I rarely use the phone, and they are not going to refund my second payment. They in fact tried to strong-arm me into upping my plan so that "this doesn't occur again". I have had this same pan for like 5 yrs and only once before had a problem with them double charging me. That time they did what was propper and fixed the issue. My phone habits have NOT changed in those 5 yrs. So, they got double of my money this month. I will be letting everyone I know, and then some, know what a rip-off this place is, taking advantage of a disabled single mom and her autistic child. Not a compassionate, truthful bone in their body, just greed.

I switched to these guys a few months ago and their service, plus customer service has been nothing but amazing! I love the customer support that is available there. Another reason why to keep my business local !

Great customer service and good vary of plan optio...

Great customer service and good vary of plan options. Their phones are expensive due to no contract, but the cheaper plans make up for it. Been a customer for over 6 months now and I've had no problems. I fully recommend them if you're looking for an affordable plan.

I recently bought a phone from Global Wireless and they have been nothing but amazing towards me. The first phone had a little complications but they were able to fix me up and get me working again ! These ladies are amazing! Thank you Global Wireless!

I always have great experiences when I go into Global Wireless! The ladies that are their now are absolutely amazing. I with Verizon for years and nothing but terrible customer services. I've been with Global for 6 years now and have nothing but good things to say. In the beginning I had my worries but they have definitely made some improvements.

Went in for a new screen saver and the young man painstakingly cleaned up my phone from broken glass and installed my new screen saver. Now my phone looks so much better. What excellant customer service. Global is now my "go to" phone store. Thank you.

I have been a customer with Global for years now b...

I have been a customer with Global for years now but, will be taking my business elsewhere when my month is up with them after dealing with "Linda" over the phone yesterday 4/10/19. She was very rude/unprofessional not only to me but, to an employee of another business for no apparent reason. I purchased an unlocked brand new Samsung S9 Verizon phone through another store.(I had actually been in Global one day looking at phones as I was interested in purchasing one but not one employee acknowledged me or even asked me if I needed help so I walked out). Just recently I took some photos and wanted to send them to someone and found out that they wouldn't send on this new phone I was using. I took it down to Global and the guy that works there took a look at everything for me, even "supposedly" was online talking with someone trying to figure it out. So he takes my phone to the gal at the next desk over, she pulls my SIM card out of my new phone and puts it in one of theirs and the photo part supposedly works fine and will send the photo. I get told it's my brand new phone, there is something wrong with it (mind you in the same breath this gal is trying to sell me one of their phones telling me that my new phone won't work because I bought the phone from someone else and not them). So not true! I took it back to who I bought the phone from and talked to a very helpful, pleasant employee there about my phone purchase that I made from them in March and they were willing to give me a new phone. While I was there and she was looking at the phone and going through the settings, come to find out that the MMS setting has to do with it being a Verizon phone and being set to Verizon settings, which means that because I have service through Global, they have to switch that to their settings not Verizon's. The guy at Global should have known this if he even knew what he was doing. If the place that I bought the phone from was able to figure out that it is in the settings then why couldn't you people at Global figure it out and just change the settings for me? I do have service through you. I now know why some of your customers have taken their business elsewhere and I plan on doing the same. Your customer service is terrible and the people in there are very rude!!

I just ported over from metro pcs and had no issues what so ever! These people were wonderful to me and my husband. They are very polite and understanding and I would recommend all of my family to switch to their services.

Great costumer service from within the store. Great people.
On the downside, the cell service does not work rural MT. It barely works at my house in the valley, which isn't far off the main road. Not optimal for someone who needs reliability in a cell service.

Every time i go into this store I am impressed with their customer service and their ability to multi-task and provide the service they do. The store is always clean and whenever i have had a problem they were able to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone i know.

Absolutely no cusomer service unless its during there ridiculous buisness hours. When I left there service that was horrible in the first place for a better deal with straight talk. The girls behind the counter were absolutely RUDE when I started to get fustrated with them she sent the owner out to puff his chest and I had to pay them $20 to release my phone number I will never go back and will steer anyone I can away

The young ladies that were working on the busy day...

The young ladies that were working on the busy day that I came in here to help my wounded veteran friend get his phone setup, his bill paid, and his number ported, were professional, friendly and determined. Even in a busy part of the day, these ladies give their best effort to take care of customer's needs. If you want to keep your business local and avoid contracts and sales gimmicks of the major carriers, at an affordable price, I would certainly recommend Global Wireless in Hamilton.

Upgraded my phone cause mine was broken and pieces...

Upgraded my phone cause mine was broken and pieces falling off. Got a new phone but the 4G service was terrible where it was good the day prior on the old phone. Went on about a week. Took my phone in and was replaced, 4G worked great again. No extra cost for anything. They made it right.
