have leased long term through global for a few years, they have always been pleasant to deal with, their mantainence crew is always on top of any request. was very pleased from start to finish.

Not the best experience here dealing with other staff / move in / move out issues however Regina was the absolute best to work with. She is truly a blessing and goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of.

Global is not the people you want to use for any leasing in the Orlando area.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a long term rental to contact Regina. She works tirelessly for everyone. I can call her at 10 pm on a Saturday night and she will answer. If any problems arise she doesn t hesitate to fix it straight away. The maintenance crew are well knowledgeable and very expeditious. Contact Regina and she will find the perfect place for your family and needs.

I went to look at a house and likes so I applied for it. Well when I was notified I was told I owed money to a previous landlord and the amount showing was over $3,000. Well I did my own investigation and come to find out neither me or husband owed money. The person who showed us the house also sent me pictures of my credit report but showed someone else s name which I found weird. When I submitted the info from the collections company showing proof that no money was owed. I expected to move forward well I m still waiting for them to get back. I feel that I was ripped off $150 for absolutely nothing cause I was never given a response when everything was submitted. So from my experience this reality is very UNPROFESSIONAL and all they want is your application fee to then not reply!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING FOR ANY OF THEIR RENTALS!!!

This company is wonderful and Regina Salgado is amazing. She is always on top of everything. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and passionate. She goes the extra mile to make people happy. She will answer her phone even on the weekends regardless of what she is doing. She is very dedicated. She is a great asset to this company!

I have total trust and confidence in Regina and I never worked with anyone as good as her. You always get a 5 star service and commitment from her and I could not recommend her enough. This lady is incredible to work with and is a complete professional with extensive knowledge of the property market.

Helpful while moving in, but once we were residents every email and conversation we had was rude and disrespectful. Makes everything twice as difficult as needed, and nickled and dimed us when we moved out to the point where our repair cost conveniently added up to the total sum of our deposit so we got no money back. Never followed through on any move out procedures, so we re still finding loose ends that haven t been resolved over a month after moving out .

Beware!!This company will rob you of your security deposit when you move out. They also change who ever you did the walk through with in the beginning to a different person when you are moving out so they can literally nickle and dime you for everything! Even if you were great tenants for years with no issues they will treat you horrible when moving out. During covid 19 they kept trying to show the house with no respect to social distancing and also send people to the house to see it without a notice or anyone from Global with them. Please beware!

We enjoyed using Global Real Estate. Regina was GREAT to work with. If we had any issues we could call or login and they took care of my issues very quickly. Global s service team are very professional and corrected our problems the first time. We just had to relocate. We would still be using Global again if they had homes in our new area. Thank you Global for your great service.

I'm normally not one to leave a review but this time I seriously could not help myself. First off I want to mention her by name not only for going above and beyond for my family and I but for ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our entire process. Regina Salgado was and is phenomenal. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service truly made renting an easy experience. And one thing I've learned is that finding reliable long term rental agents is very tough. I highly and strongly recommend her to any and everyone looking for a long-term or even short-term rental.

Rent of houses and apartments at very good prices. Served by an excellent staff that gives you the best attention that customers deserve.

Overall very nice place to live. A couple things that just come with living a rental condominium community that really are not at the fault of Global. Regina has always been pleasant when dealing with us and when needing help has helped us if we need it.

Regina is incredible and will take care of you! She is also true to her word and will find a perfect place for your family. Any problem she gets on it right away. I have to say it's been an amazing experience, and I'm happy I chose this company to rent through in the Orlando area. Will defiently recommend to friends and family new to the area for short term or long term stay.

Only reason I m giving 2 stars is because of Regina really good at her job. How ever DO NOT RENT at SECRET LAKE!!! They towed you re car with no reason at all and when you complain about it they just ignore you they don t care about the residents! There are roaches everywhere doesn t matter how clean you keep you re Apt. Laurie Carbonneau is the worst manager she is going to ignore you instead of helping you and she s barely in the office!
