Helpful while moving in, but once we were residents every email and conversation we had was rude and disrespectful. Makes everything twice as difficult as needed, and nickled and dimed us when we moved out to the point where our repair cost conveniently added up to the total sum of our deposit so we got no money back. Never followed through on any move out procedures, so we re still finding loose ends that haven t been resolved over a month after moving out .
