Very good for concerts with plenty of facilities. Several bars, conference rooms and private function rooms. The car park can get full quickly at peak times and to pay you need cash (coins only) or use Ringo. This can take some time if you haven't already downloaded the app or need to call the helpline.

Venue was good, however being at a concert and being told no photos, no singing, no dancing no anything is a bit intimidating. Here is my one photo whilst being told off by security! No photos memories of this concert...

a thoroughly modern building. It's rare that I go anywhere that I don't have to fight double doors, take off wheels to get into disabled bathrooms, beg for lift access or generally not be made to feel like a second class citizen. Disability access was clearly well thought out in this building. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, no hurried panic of not knowing how to support a disabled patron.

Good theatre. Spacoius, modern seating. Easy transport links. Pricing and quality of shows are good. Bar reasonably priced (but pre-ording interval drinks been a disaster both times used, now dont bother). Staff not particularly customer focused, not unfriendly just not focused on helping that much.

G Live is never going to be top tier venue... but it hosts many great shows and bands of the last century (for which there are still plenty of followers but we now prefer to sit!). Centrally located so plenty of eateries nearby.. Recommend nearby pubs. Parking can be an issue. Would prefer it if bar service were quicker but cant have everything...

Very good venue to visit, always been pleased when visiting there.
Seating area has good views of stage, and staff very friendly. Has cafe, restaurant and large bar area, and although very busy area is quite spacious.
Would highly recommend a visit.

A great venue for all kinds of shows. There's a cafe that's a bit pricey, but is open all day with ample seating and even a play area for younger children. The high ceilings in the spacious entrance hall make it quite a cool and calm place to have a cup of tea, except when there's a show on of course :-)

Fantastic venue for disabled people. Staff were incredibly helpful from the first phone call, all the information on the website and then at the venue. The only issues we had were caused by other show goers inconsiderate behaviour. Putting your make up on and doing your hair in the disabled toilet is totally unacceptable especially when you spend 20 minutes doing so!! The same people then talked through the entire show. My only issue is we couldn't find anyone who seemed to be in charge to complain to. I know quite a few people were fed up by the end. So the venue lost a point purely on the fact that they need to make it clearer who to go to the event of a problem. The show itself was fantastic.. But again spoilt by selfish people who held their phones up and recorded the entire show! A photo here and there with no flash is fine, but not with flashes going off or recording it.
The show we watched was Luther UK and I can't recommend it enough. A funny guy, amazing voice with a brilliant band and excellent backing group. Was the best night out I've had in years and can't wait to see it again.

Excellent theatre venue, good parking, spacious when you get inside the building? Good range of snacks and refreshments available. Just one word of warning getting through Guildford us a nightmare so allow plenty of time.

It is a new but slightly soulless venue. The Mezzanine restaurant is OK but the bread we had was stale, and the pasta had too much sauce with cheap ingredients. You could have your desert during the interval which is good. Whether you go would depend on what is on and whether you want to see them.

Visited the venue to see a comedy show. Seating us comfortable and with good views, facility overall modern and clean. Lost a star due to the very overcrowded bar at interval despite having an entire floor dedicated to it. Not enough people serving.

Great venue. Good view from pretty much all seats. However seats become uncomfortable after an hour, not enough padding. Funny staggered steps makes for difficulties for elderly people. Bar is wide but the staff can be so slow.

Enjoyed the evening. Staff were welcoming and helpful. No queues for the ladlies' loos, pleasant change. Drinks prices were cheaper than local restaurants and entertainment was fantastic. Why go to London when it's on your doorstep?
