a thoroughly modern building. It's rare that I go anywhere that I don't have to fight double doors, take off wheels to get into disabled bathrooms, beg for lift access or generally not be made to feel like a second class citizen. Disability access was clearly well thought out in this building. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, no hurried panic of not knowing how to support a disabled patron.
