There's lots to see and do in Glasgow Green when Covid isn't getting in the way. The People's Palace, the football centre, geese on the river, the cycle route and so on.

Love the people's palace, loads to see there is a cafe downstairs in the gardens and the toilets. Well worth a visit. The Dalton fountain is breath taking
The winner gardens is going 2 shut at the end of the year
Large open public space in front of People's Palace. Nice walks, clean and popular with locals.
I felt that this part of Glasgow is a little bit dull compared to the west end and Glasgow university. I recommend it to have a better view and context of the city
Nice big park with glass house close to the centre of Glasgow
Love Glasgow green. Good for walks, children play areas and people's palace museum
Great for a walk with kids and pets or for a small barbecue with a exposition centre in the middle of the park
Nice place big fields 3km running path, clean and tidy
Shakespeare lived here, thus can we say that literature was also born here.
For A walk and firework seeing it's highly recommended
Well used and utilised, nice place for personal exercise.
Went here for trnsmt to see queen and adam lambert it was great
Here on family outing with umpteen children and three dogs. On a crisp February morning our wee collective enjoyed the open spaces, played frisbee and fetch and availed ourselves of some great playparks. This place really is an oasis in the city centre.
The People's Palace, The Old Templeton building and the ornate Victorian statuary all add depth and character to this wonderful place.
Expansive green space right in Central Glasgow with River Clyde frontage.
Home of the peoples palace free and a must visit to see the big yins banana boots (William, Billy Connelly) ya bamm.!
I like this park because it is very beautiful and huge, so many interesting things !!!
Love this place. Dog friendly. Have fenced dog play area too.
Slightly difficult to reach on public transport at even periods with little to no information to help. But the Park itself is lovely.
Loved the Glasgow fireworks display 2019 brilliant atmosphere
lovely place to walk for miles along the clydeside dogs can run free too xx
An excellent park for all ages. Brilliant walks, amazing views and superb parks for children.
Great Day out with the children, while the European Championships are on. Lots of activities for the children that are free! Take a picnic
Fantastic city park, museum, pub, football pitches , jogging and relaxing.
Lovely peaceful place to spend a few hours on a nice day.
It is not a big museum but it is worth a visit if you are curious about the history of glasgow.
Cold when we visited, but green is really well kept and very pleasant.
Excellent green space in Glasgow with the brilliant People's Palace museum
Wonderful place. Great park with shared tennis, skatepark and kids playground.
I've always loved this park, and it feels safe enough. It would be good if the toilets were open later.
Entrance to Glasgow green on Saltmarket street ... Daffodils , the McLennan Arch and at the end of Nelson Monument Road.
Attended the world and glasgow green is a great location for this event!
Great venue not too small that there is no atmosphere and not too bit that you can get a good view from everywhere in the room. Bonus that the bar is at the back of the room so even when going for a drink you can still see and hear the stage. For some reason the bar was CASH ONLY nor sure if that is every time or not but could be annoying if you didn't bring enough money. Drings are pretty standard pricing for Glasgow and the merch stand and cloak room are down stairs. Great venue consider getting card readers at the tills.
Loads of grass here and a few statues and nice buildings. Great if you're into that stuff
It's in Glasgow. It's green. It lives up to its name.
