I purchased a Groupon in Oct for permanent eyebrows at Prescott location. After calling and leaving several messages trying to schedule my appointment I did not receive a call back until I texted requesting a refund for lack of customer service and lack of response. They apologized and left a message saying they had experienced some recent health problems but wanted to get me scheduled. They scheduled me at that time for today which was Nov 20. I took time off work to go to my appointment only to arrive with door locked and lights off. I called them and voicemail was full so I texted from their business asking where they were? Their response was we texted you at 6:30 am to cancel and screen shotted the message. The message was sent to a number I do not have and when I asked how that could happen since we had many other texts between us with my correct number it didn t make sense? They first said their car broke down then said it had caught on fire sending me a pic of a burnt car.All I wanted to know is how to get a full refund since services were not rendered. They said I obviously wasn t reading my texts since I d have to get my refund from Groupon and that they were sorry life happens! They said if I gave them a bad review it would be defamation since they indeed did text me to inform of my cancelled apt ( to an unknown phone I never received) when you call them their answering service almost always says voicemail full and can not receive messages. I am writing my full experience of this company.Save your money they did not honor their Groupon. Now I have to try and get refunded! What a pain. Wasted a month dealing with this company!

The best permanent make up professional in town. I recommend to all the ones who need an expert.

The Glamour Company is an awesome place for your needs. Pam, the owner, is very professional. A lovely person who will go above and beyond to not only make you feel comfortable but explain what and why she is doing. Facials are so relaxing. Hypnotherapy is a must. Go by and check the spa out, very elegant, relaxing and sophisticated. You won't be sorry.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. A short time ago, I went elsewhere and had my lip color tattooed. Besides the fact that the color NEVER showed up once I healed, the process was so painful I cried through most of the procedure. I knew that couldn t be normal and decided to try again. I am SO happy I found The Glamour CO. Pam and Mr. Tim went out of their way to make the
Process as pain feee and comfortable as possible. I could tell they really knew what they were doing. When the procedure started, I d say the pain was about a 4.5 out of 10. However, a very short time into the process the pain went to zero. I m not lying when I say I could have napped if I were tired enough. When it was all done, my lips looked amazing. I plan to make this my regular med spa going forward.

Just had the blended lip liner by Pat and it's amazing!! Tim and the crew really know what they are doing so no need to be concerned about what you want done. I'll be back for eyebrows next!!

The Glamour Company is a welcoming and professional facility. Pam brings joy to your life changing experience. She is mindful, caring and genius when completing her art. The manager does an amazing job at keeping everything organized and grounded. I ve had my multiple appointments with Pam throughout the last 6 years and she only gives me reasons to keep going back. I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely amazing! Was very nervous to have anyone tattoo my eyebrows because well... it's permanent! Lol but The Glamour Co did such an AMAZING job I am now going back for my eyeliner. :) My mother also had hers done and is thrilled. Really wish I would have went sooner! Not to mention the customer service is amazing, my eyebrows look so natural with the feather strokes nobody even knows they're tattooed. ;) 5 stars! Thank you so much

If I could give this NO STARS, I would but it doesn't give you that option. I brought my mom to Pam because she wanted natural looking eyebrows and by seeing Pam's website "pictures" we figured this was the right place to go. Other than receiving an ugly eyebrow job, they make you sign a paper stating you're satisfied, although while your eyebrows are fresh and bloody, its hard to tell how they'll really look. My mom noticed they were uneven as soon as she left and I told her to let them heal a bit, maybe it was the blood. NO, they're still completely uneven, and one starts at a different point than the other. When I reached out to them, her husband was completely argumentive and just blamed every possible thing on my mom. They look nothing like the website pics. I told him there were no hair like stroke look to my moms eyebrows and he had the audacity to say, that wasn't the technique, its just a blend. I send a screenshot of his website where it says Hair like Stroke. He still argued and kept lying saying looking at your moms pictures before she left, they looked lovely and even, she lost pigmentation. Although pigmentation loss is common, THEY NEVER TOOK AFTER PICS OF MY MOM, pics that he kept saying he was looking at and I kept requesting these 'supposed pics', he continued to argue with me and offered to do nothing. He kept saying "in our pics, her eyebrows look lovely and even". THEY TOOK NONE. He chose to ignore me because he said I threatened him, which if telling you im reporting you to the better business bureau is a threat, then I'm sorry you feel that way. I had a all of my friends cancel their appointments and currently working on the report.

Pamela is sweet, her salon is very clean, but best of all she is very good. Love my lips and brows. Referred my family and friends and all are pkeased!

I sincerely appreciate the time she took to answer my questions and in her clarifying my cncerns.

I got the microblading done on my eyebrows. I have never had eyebrows until I got them done and I love them ! They did a great job, the process is easy, very little discomfort. I'm glad I mad the choice to get them done and recommend them for sure!

3rd time is a charm!! Pamela was amazing, a true artist. Had 2 previous eyebrow tatoo's (from elsewhere) and she nailed exactly what I wanted. The feather and micro eyebrow look. They look natural, full and gorgeous!! She and Tim went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and welcoming. Have already recommended my friends to them! Will be going back for more services in the future.

I was a little unsure about getting my eyebrows tattooed but I'm glad I finally did. Pam was very personable and professional and that helped a lot.

So I have just left my appointment for microblading brows. Holy Cow! This place is awesome! Both staff were very friendly and relatable. The woman who did my brows was hilarious. We share a deep obsession of all things makeup :) my naturally blonde and invisible eyebrows are no more! I have real looking permanent brows now! They look completely normal. Not like horror story sharpie brows I was nervous about when I first started looking in to getting them permanently tattooed. I can't wait to see how they do healing

I have scarring around my lips and Pam made them disappear. My lips have never looked so nice and healthy ever. I can't thank her enough for her talent.

No one knows my eyebrows started to diminish as I got older and thanks to Glamour Co they never will.

I really do not know how this place is getting more than one star. First of all, she doesnt measure you're eyebrows. The purpose of me going in to get microblading was to even out my eyebrows. She freehands it and in my case, one eyebrow is higher than the other. When you bring it up she is very condescending as if she is the best and you should not be questioning her skills. Horrible work. Do not go here!!

It was so pretty inside and very quiet and calming. They numbed my brows right away when I got there. The lady that did my brows was quick and detailed and I was very happy how my brows came out.

Great people and they do a great job so my daughter says but I have to agree and they do a lot of thing here so try them out!

The manager there is 100% racist. As soon as a black girl walks in his shop with a set appointment over the phone, he immediately pushes her appointment back. When the NEW appointment time comes, SURPRISE he pushes it back again and for no reason given! We even gave a chance for a third time after wasting time all day and he tells us to come back tomorrow. Tall old man with grey hair. 0 out of 100. Never use the Prescott location.

I had the best experience. Pamela is an expert and you can tell. I originally had my brows done here in 2015 with 1 touch up in 2016. They just recently faded, so I made an appointment for a touch up.

I have dark brown skin and they custom created my color and it looks amazing. I have recommended them to all my friends. They look natural and vey pretty. Thanks Glamor Co.

I cant say enough good things about this establishment! I've had brows, lips, eyeliner, and fibroblast treatments here. Always impeccable with cleanliness. Always professional and I'm always elated with my results. Pam and Tim are truly the leaders in this industry I was treated with compassion and understanding when I was nervous and they both made me feel like they cared about me like I was a member of the family. Cant say enough good things and I would never trust anyone else with my face!!!

We came in to get my mothers eye liner tattooed on. They did a great job and the place was friendly. Prices was great for the area. Would definitely recommend coming by and checking them out!

Didn't get the color right after telling her twice.
In the middle of the service I realized Pam is the same person that did my last ones at a different location. I wanted to get up and walk out in the middle of it. She obviously didn't remember me and criticized my "last artist" which was her. Lol
Wanted the color changed and got the same color.
Waste of money
Apparently they only do one color which turns a blue gray. No thanks.
Now I have to try to get someone to fix the color AGAIN!
No hair line strokes either. Just looks blended and uneven. Doesn't measure. Free hands... Upside down.
Very disappointed and frustrated.
Would not recommend.

Pamela is the most gifted artist I have ever known! She microbladed my eyebrows & they are absolutely stunning!! On a daily basis, I get complements about my gorgeous brows!! I have hair loss due to a medical condition & you would never know because Pamela made my brows look so natural! I feel beautiful thanks to Pamela!!!
