I purchased a Groupon in Oct for permanent eyebrows at Prescott location. After calling and leaving several messages trying to schedule my appointment I did not receive a call back until I texted requesting a refund for lack of customer service and lack of response. They apologized and left a message saying they had experienced some recent health problems but wanted to get me scheduled. They scheduled me at that time for today which was Nov 20. I took time off work to go to my appointment only to arrive with door locked and lights off. I called them and voicemail was full so I texted from their business asking where they were? Their response was we texted you at 6:30 am to cancel and screen shotted the message. The message was sent to a number I do not have and when I asked how that could happen since we had many other texts between us with my correct number it didn t make sense? They first said their car broke down then said it had caught on fire sending me a pic of a burnt car.All I wanted to know is how to get a full refund since services were not rendered. They said I obviously wasn t reading my texts since I d have to get my refund from Groupon and that they were sorry life happens! They said if I gave them a bad review it would be defamation since they indeed did text me to inform of my cancelled apt ( to an unknown phone I never received) when you call them their answering service almost always says voicemail full and can not receive messages. I am writing my full experience of this company.Save your money they did not honor their Groupon. Now I have to try and get refunded! What a pain. Wasted a month dealing with this company!
