Vile, money grabbing, parasitic solicitors. They don't care about how unfair they're being, they don't care about the emotional impact the passive aggressive letters and threatens of court are. I received a warning letter from them, saying that I failed to pay a parking fine that I never even knew I had because I never had a ticket on my car or a letter, threatening to take me to court over something I had no idea even happened. DISGUSTING company, stay away.
