worst place for community
Don t waste your time
Would not recommend seeing these dentists. My partner has had server tooth pain for 3 weeks he had 2 appointments here and both times have come home home with worse tooth pain. Now tonight after seeing the dentist and having a filling his pain comes from the tooth and is shooting up into his head now he has server toothache and headache and not able to sleep at all. Not to mention it took a long time to even get an appointment to see a dentist. Do not go if u dont want to suffer server toothache and headaches.
Well it would help if they answered patients calls for a start!! I went in for an appointment to then be told the dentist has left for the day. The girl at reception tells me the appointment is at 1:15 i then receive a message on my phone saying the appointment time is 12:45. I call to confirm, NO ANSWER. And then I'm told I'm late and the dentist has left. Then I'm told to wait (could be hours). (2-3 receptionists sitting at the desk at 1 time) This not answering calls has been an ongoing problem, is very stressful to patients and it should be addressed! Very dissappointing!!
Very pleased with the speech pathology service Anna provided, my daughter is actually sad that she no longer gets to attend speech pathology because Anna made it so enjoyable.
Only thing I really can say at this stage is to the ladies at reception. If you don t enjoy dealing with the public I suggest a career change . Your rudeness and phone manners are disgusting.
