Really good service, the only down side was the waiting time for each pizza, almost half an hour.
The price was ok for the quality.
I recommend it

Fantastic place to have delicious pizzas and spend some fun time with friends. I really like this place and would love to recommend this place to everyone!
The food is good and it's not that crowded during lunch, however never order a full sized pizza as they take up your lunch break. The personal pizzas work best during the lunch hour.
Seated quickly, attentive service. The waitress warned us in advance that the pizza would be 40 minutes to make and suggested an appetizer. I'm glad she did, because we would have been hangry had we not known. :) The classic pizza was delicious!! I also got soup and friends got salad. No complaints on anything.
About as good at it gets in Chicago. If ur eating Chicago ur eating pizza or a hotdog and if ur eating pizza u should be eating Giordanos
Loved it! The individual size was just right. Great atmosphere and a great way to chit chat with friends while your pizza is being made!
The deep dish pizza is the best .. first time to eat pizza in Chicago and I am already in love ..
Best artisan Chicago pizza you can find in town, good service and fair price.
Great service and food, even slammed with the St. Patrick's crowds.
Pretty good pizza. Nice to try a Chicago special :)
Must have if you're in the area! The deep dish was packed with flavor. All the ingredients tasted fresh. Very good!
Everybody told me to try the traditional pizza from Chicago made by Giordano's, so I had to try it. The pizza is almost like a pie, it has so much much cheese, it's delicious, the mozzarella is really tasty, the tomate sauce that they use taste super fresh and so good. I got a small for 2 people, is more than enough (we still got pizza to go). It's the best food I ate in Chicago, for sure.
Good food and nice ambience. Ordered a big thick pizza and pasta.
I came to Chicago just for this place and I'm from Columbus Ohio great place
Amazing! This place is the place to stop for good pizza with friends and family. Right in the heart of Downtown Chicago, you will walk/drive just a few blocks from the Bean to get here. On a busy night, you will pay for the main course before being seated so they can have your pizza out soon after you sit down. Other places in the area might have you waiting over an hour at the table for your deep dish. A medium deep dish was more than enough for three of us. The toppings are not only on the pizza, but in it as well. They bake it hot, and don't hold back on delicious ingredients. Once you cut the first slice, you will realize why you waited so long on a busy night to eat together. Overall very efficient service in a big crowd, delicious deep dish pizza and appetizers, and an exciting place to pop in during a day/night on the town.
Deepdish pizzas that are heavenly. A chicago institution.
The best authentic place to have the deep dish Pizza!
Delicious and amazing. I've heard good things but it was way better than I was told
I ordered cheese pizza & wings with bones . It was delicious.
Giordano's has the best pizza in town. Their pasta isn't as great though but their tomato soup is yummy. We waited 45 minutes for our food to be served during our last visit.
If you're a small eater, order the small deep dish. It's surely worth having it once! Any deep dish pizza is good. Loved the garlic bread sticks.
Great and Fast Service. It's unfortunate the sidewalk smelled like urine.
Best pizza in Chicago, must try if you are tourist here.
The pizza was so good! We had the meat and more meat. Our server recommended it because is his favorite, plus he was on point with the refills. Excellent service Edgar!
It was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We love you BIG LOU!!!!!!!!!!
Their Deep-Dish pizza is what dreams are made of! The hour wait is SO worth it!
Best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Owner (D. Rose) is the best owner!. Must try it if youre in Chicago.
Excellent pizza, just understand that it is about 45 from order to eating.
Holy cow, you have never had deep dish pizza like this! Best "real" deep dish pizza anywhere. Can even order frozen on line and the will ship anywhere. Love it, miss ya C Town.
Delicious Chicago deep dish. Stop reading. Go eat it.
Kind staff, great food that defines Chicago, and good prices. If your going to Chicago, you must go to Giordano pizza .
First time experiencing Chicago's deep dish pizza - and it was quite the experience!
Price for sampler plate is expensive and with small portions.
This is a good place but the gluten free pasta is terrible, its hard finding any place that actually makes a great gluten free dish
Great food. Your eyes will be bigger than your tummy. You'll think you need more than you do. Everyone ends up walking out with some to take back to hotel
I thought the dish was going to be veeeeeryyyyy good
Very disappointed. Was there 15 yrs ago and couldn't wait to get some of the best pizza ever. I should've gotten a pan pizza from Pizza Hut. One third the price and twice as good.
If you want Chicago deep dish this is the stop bit it does take 45 minutes to prepare but worth th wait
I visited this restaurant back in August and I absolutely love the deep dish pizza. It was amazing. There was a bit of a wait to get our food but we were informed of that before placing our order. I appreciated that so we could make the decision to stay and wait or go elsewhere. The server was very nice. She was extremely helpful as this was my first time eating there. This will definitely be a priority stop if I m ever in Chicago again.
The pizza is the best in Chicago and the best I've ever had. Staff is very helpful and kind. Offers a full bar as well!
Chicago's pizzas aren't that good, but Giordanos' pizza is an exception! Worth a try!
Food was excellent here, fresh and tasteful, but the service is always below average. The last two times I went the server seemed to be having a bad day both times. Pizzas normally take time to be prepared which is understandable, but if it takes 45 minutes just to get your drinks and appetizers then it has to be the service.
Great food, but not even unfriendly, rather hostile staff at entrance. The black girl on 23/10 at approx. 13:15 was really rude, seemed tired of basic questions, gave false information, often looked away impatiently. I was really shocked at how you can be so unwelcome towards a customer.
Its not a complete trip to Chicago without Giordanos! We took the train down from Wisconsin to check the city out/christmas shopping. Majority of the family members with us never been to Chicago. I insisted lunch here and it did not disappoint. This location is across the street from Sears (always) Tower, 2 blocks from Union Station.
When you visit Chicago you need to try the pizza and one of the places you need to try it at is Giordano's! The pizza is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the prices are competitive. It is an experience in itself.
Great food and good service. I was very satisfied. Thanks for the good experience
Excellent pizza and southside italian beef sandwich! Our waiter Chui, was amazing. Very helpful and really went all the way to make us enjoy our experience!
Sandy was the best waitress I ve had in years. Amazing food.
My first experience with authentic deep dish pizza and I was very delighted it was here!
Wonderful!!!! Atmosphere, service, and the pizza.....oh my goodness!
I enjoyed their signature stuffed pizza. It was awesome.
Soooooooo good!! The dip dish pizza is awesome! But it takes like an hour to cook so make sure you order it 1st :)
First time eating pizza in Chicago and now I will be disappointed eating any other kind
Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great service and great food!"
Must try deep dish pizza in Chicago. Cheese and sauce is really nice and I really enjoyed it. A small size deep dish pizza is heavier than a normal family size pizza so guys careful before ordering probably you can't finish it.
Awesome place. The deep dish is a must! A total classic. Waiters/waitresses are great
Food was delicious. I had a meat lovers deep Dish and only advice I have is... 2 slices was enough.. the third one hurt.
Love lots of cheese on my pizza! Great atmosphere in Chi-Town! We had a wonderful day trip!
I'm.currently waiting an hour for a small pizza. The waiters and waitresses do not recognize our presence, and not given any notifications. Worst service ever. Not tipping.
