Still one of the best places to get classic deep dish. This location is under the Brown Line and never too crowded. It feels like an old school Chicago pizza joint - small, intimate, and a lot of tacky things on the wall. The staff is always nice and table available.

Great service. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful. Before ordering we were told how long the wait was going to be and if it's okay. Atmosphere was comfertable and it wasn't too loud.

Really really long wait, they have a bar at the other side... Calamari was ok... Needed more seasoning but the pizza was not bad only that they put the sauce on top instead of the bottom.

Decent lunchtime fare. I've actually eaten here twice this week. Good lunch salad with chicken and some pasta, and then a perfectly acceptable spaghetti with meat sauce. The cheese they use in their cheesy garlic bread was unexpectedly sweet with a tangy finish: different, but good.

Update: This is not a negative review. The food is enjoyable and reasonable priced. Since my original review, I've tried their thin-crust BBQ chicken pizza. Like all the items I've eaten here, it was good -- just not 5-star amazing. Put Giordano's in your lunch rotation.

YUMM! The pizza is worth the wait. Although it is understandable, the tables and chairs are a little bit tight, but that is the only thing that I would comment on as far as an improvement.

Giordano's is a must after visiting the Willis Tower. It's just across the intersection and you'll need some hearty, delicious pizza to calm your nerves after that 103-story view. I think their secret is the cheese.. it should be physically impossible to make a pizza this thick without it oozing out everywhere, but they have some dairy miracle of a cheese that even while melted stays put when you cut out a slice.

Deep dish pizzas are very delicious.I recommend it. But had waited more than 40 minutes so am giving a 4 star.

I only ate at one restaurant the only night I was in Chicago, and I am so glad it was this restaurant. They have small beer selection, but you really go for the pizza! My first experience with a Chicago deep dish pizza was certainly a success. I look forward to returning to Chicago so that I can have another pizza from Giordano's!!

Server was very nice. We ordered the Chicago classic small deep dish pizza. He informed us right away it would take about 45 min. to get it. No problem for us, bit thought it was very nice in case we would have needed to be somewhere. Cheese garlic sticks were very good as well.

Oh my goodness. Eat here. It's fun and casual. And the pizza is flat out delicious! Sunday was our first time in the city and we went straight from Ohare to Giordano's before even checking in to our hotel. Welcome to Chicago! Did I say it was delicious??

Im sorry, this the second time I've had this pizza it was fresh and hot and the customer service is excellent. Its just not that good to me but everyone I was with loved it. So im changing my review to 6 stars because great customer service and fresh hot food at closing is rare and we appreciate you all. Thankyou

With one of six servings for two people is more than enough. The pizza is very heavy, they are rich but I prefer the traditional one.

One of the best pizza places of all Chicago, the original deep dish pizza! Order one of those, meat and more meat for all the meat lovers! It takes about 40 to 45 minutes to be ready so be patient, it's worth the wait.

Too cheesy. I'm partial to the delicious burnt crust of NY thin pizza (which is thinner than chicago thin pizza). The pizza here was great, but the depth of the serving dish does not make up for the lack of depth in taste.

PIzza is made to order , the wait is about 45mins. But worth the wait.
