I went a couple of days ago and this girl was extremely rude she was a cashier i went in on a Wednesday morning about 2 a clock and she asked for my name when i picked up the order that my friend had ordered for us she asked me if i was paying cash or credit i did mention 3 times i was paying with card but it was loud in the restaraunt so i didnt mind when i spoked louder she gave me a dirty look and whispered something to another worker that was walking past. The food was great but wasnt friendly at all i have went before to that location and the young ladys werent like that.

Love the service and the food. Thank you for my first (and certainly not last) Chicago deep dish pizza. Had the chicken sausage deluxe and my gf had the carbonara. Both delicious and definitely lived up to the hype.

We love the food here. It's what's the first place we go to eat when we come back ack to the states. The food here is excellent, both the it's and salads. Beer here is always fresh and cold. A must-go if you're ever in the Windy City of Chicago.

It ain't cheap but is oh so good. I was there with 3 teenage boys and we were all hungry. Two appetizers and 1 large pizza with 4 drinks was $75 before tip. But we had half a pizza left over to take with us.

We had an enjoyable lunch. I decided to try their new pizza in the menu while my boyfriend ordered a large cheese pizza with mushrooms. Everything was prepared fresh and was tasty. The service was good too. Will definitely visit this place again in the near future.

Was really hyped up to eat here as everyone said it was THE place to go in Chicago. The pizza itself was very basic to me. Nothing to get too excited over. However that CHEESEY GARLIC BREAD was amazing. I'd come back for that alone. Our server was super sweet and great. I like they allow you to preorder pizza because they realize its a long wait time.

We couldn't remove an ingredient from our pizza. It ended up counting as a custom order and costing more. Unbelievable. Our kind waitress apologized and tried to explain that it was management policy.

All in all, Lou Malnati's was much tastier. Next time I want deep dish, I'll go there and avoid Giordano's.

This is the best pizza in Chicago, in my opinion. Better than Gino's, Pizzeria Uno, Lou Malnattis, or any other I have had in the city. It has good flour crust, not that greasy cornmeal junk. The service can be hit or miss, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but if you are interested in some fantastic Chicago deep dish, this is the place to go.

Yum!!! Definitely on my to do list every time I'm in Chicago. Get there at off peak times though. Also, plan to wait 45 min for the stuffed Chicago pizza - they aren't slow, it just takes that long to cook. Worth it.

Our server was great and on point. We did not have to wait long at all for her to come to our table. She checked on some Gluten Free options for us as well which most places just push away. Ask for Chloe! She was great!

This location delayed the deliver by 1/2 an hour and when I asked to speak to the manager, she curtly replied that the delivery was on its way and hung up on me! Talk about customer service ! I demand a refund for delivery charges

The food was really, really good. Since I was in Chicago, I figured I should have some deep dish pizza. I was not disappointed. I got the individual size with barbecue chicken, banana peppers, and garlic. It was very tasty with a delicious crust. I heard from other folks at the bar that it was going to take 45 minutes though. So, I ordered a small chopped chicken salad while I waited. The chicken salad was excellent. I just wish I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for the pizza.

For my first time in Chicago, I had to look for the best deep dish pizza spots in town! Giordano's often came up, so I had to give it a try. The deep dish left me unsatisfied - particularly the crust. I got the impression that this spot became an overly-hyped, touristy restaurant. Not horrible - but not the best.

Pizza is usually pretty good. However, the customer service is lacking. The lady at the front has an attitude problem if you have a question. Then the GM is not a nice lady and is rude. No one asked for her in the first place. She came up to us to let us know if we sent in a complaint that it would just come to her anyway. All we asked for was a number for a complaint. Another had already walked up to ask for the reason and then she invited herself over to let us know a complaint would not be heard since it goes to her anyway. This was so unnecessary and unprofessional for supposedly a GM. Smh

Good pizza. The meat lovers style was very salty but the crust was better than Lou M's in my opinion. We were seated for lunch on a Sunday without any wait - of course the pizzas take a long time to cook but there's no avoiding that. Cute decor! Beware that the small pizza for 2-3 people is actually a ton of food! Two of us could only finish half! Would return here again.

You Can't go to Chicago and not get deep dish! This is the place to go! The veggie pizza is the bomb and the chicken sausage (topping) is delicious! I just learned it's made in house, so even better. Highly recommend! Don't go if youre in a rush, deep dish takes around 45 minutes to cook but it's so worth it.

Best pizza I ever had! I'm from Austin and I went to Chicago for vacation and this place is a must stop! The average person will be full from eating two deep pizzas. The pizza just melts into your mouth. They have an amazing staff that will be patience with tourist.

While it's definitely one of many, this location in particular had much faster, much better service than most. The food was exactly what you'd expect: cheesy, delicious pies served piping hot. Good stuff!

Perfect

Their gluten-free pizza crust is chewy and bland. Pretty disappointing. My dinner companion chose a thin crust, as she wasn't hungry enough for a big, thick crust. Hers wasn't great, either.

The pizza was great (our first time in Chicago, so we got both thin crust and deep dish). It was topped only by the superior service and friendliness of our server, Marko. We eat out a lot, and never have we had a more enthusiastic and joyful server. Marko, you are the bomb. We'd come back just to sit at one of your tables.
