This place has some really good pizza; I wish the crust had a little more flavor, but other than that it was fantastic!

This location was very clean and the staff was very professional. The location was busy although the staff kept their composure and presented very good food and great visualization once the the food came out to the table. Very polite staff and great food. Definetly we will be back.

This is truly deep dish pizza. I know you have to go to Chicago to get a slice BUT it is worth the trip.

Friendly waitress but slow service. Pizza was expensive and had an undercooked, dough crust. Salad was drowned in dressing.

Deep dish. Love it or hate it. This restaurant is an expert at tantalizing your taste buds. It was my 1st experience. Boroughs a pie home for the freezer. Guess it was worth it ;)

I'm not from Chicago but I came here based on the suggestion of my Chicago friends. The wait was really long but that's to be expected. The pizza itself was fantastic. It's loaded with cheese and the sauce tastes great. I could only manage 3 pieces before going into a food coma. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Chicago.

AMAZING!!! Traveled 300 miles just to try this place... okay, maybe not just for Giordano's BUT this was the first place we went after we arrived to Chicago. We were absolutely blown away from the quality of the service, staff, and the food! Reading past reviews, we were expecting great food but we got so much more. Our server (Naomi) was beyond excellent, refreshments were spectacular, and the food just topped off the whole experience. When we come back into town, we will be stopping here again!!!

Quintessential Chicago pizza, friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere. Would highly recommend. You need to plan your visit because it takes 45 minutes to bake their Chicago pizza pies. But it's worth the wait!

They did not bother me with service, but was always there when I needed, or just before. Everyone that came in seemed to be pleased with the food. If I return to Chicago, I will visit here for food! Price was great for the amount of food and portions I received! 5 stars for sure!

Great flakey deep dish pizza! Wait time is around 45 min, but the pizza is worth it!

You have to try the Chicago classic. I've never seen a pizza like this before. If cheese is your thing, this deep dish delight might just put you in a good mood for the rest of the night.

Amazing deep dish, but it does take 45-60 minutes to cook your pie once you order. Well worth the wait but something to keep in mind.

Was not as impressed this time as when i first tried it last 2011.

After ordering drinks, our waiter gave my friend the wrong drink. Their garlic Parmesan fries taste like McDonald's fries but unsalted, covered in kraft Parmesan cheese, and left in the warmers for far too long. After almost an hour we finally got our small deep-dish pizza, which was mediocre at best, but hey...at least it was somewhat warm. If you're deciding between this and Lou Malnati's....go to Lou Malnati's.

Tasty pizza, patrons in this location are pretty annoying.

A friend recommended trying out deep dish pizza hence we found this amazing place. We tried different items here and liked them. Wings, salads, bruschetta and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend this place. I asked the waiter to suggest for light drink and he suggested mojito. Enjoyed my experience there with my family.

I went to Giordanos last week and i had a great time there. The service was wonderful, my food was delicious, staff was nothing but smiles. Thanks to Marko and Gladys , I had a great experience. Will definitely go again.

Service was great. The place is larger than it seems. The appetizers were tasty, wet got the sampler which had enough food while we waited for our pizzas. Be aware that you do need to wait 40 minutes for a deep dish.

It is HUGE!
If you are there with family or a small group of friends just order one large one.

Love my personal pan pizza. Visited from Birmingham, AL. So good saved a slice and brought it home. Can't wait to visit again in June.

Stopped in after an afternoon of sightseeing, & were so pleased with our choice. Our server, Ryan, was so pleasant and really raised the level of our experience. The pizza was amazing, we have nothing like it in Houston.

Came here to try the famous deep dish pizza, be aware that it takes at least 45 minutes to cook. It's tasty enough but extremely filling and a calories bomb (two people can't finish the smallest pizza they've got). Service is nice though.

I wanted Deep Dish pizza and I was NOT disappointed! I love that I was able to get a small pizza with half something for me and half something for my wife!

Dis peeksa pretty raw. It had cheese and sauce all ova da place. I would tell my friends AND my enemies to hit this place up.

Deep dish was good. Get extra sauce. Service was very good. I'd pass on getting a salad the next time.

We have never had Deep Dish Pizza before and we were told, Chicago is the place for it ... And if you are in Chicago, Giordano's is the place to try it out. Lovely, sumptuous pizzas with ample toppings. It does take an hour for the Pizza to come, but it is well worth the wait. The Giordano team is very friendly and helpful too.

Note: Make sure you get there before you get hungry, as it takes about an hour for the Pizza to come.
It's a very popular place, so also take into account potential wait time if you decide to go during primetime lunchtime!

Holy Cow ! For a first time Chicago pizza experience for me and my family. Large pie was left overs for 2 days. Good food.

The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the wait times. I completely understand why it is so long, it is amazing pizza. 45 minutes for the average deep dish pizza is a long time to wait for pizza but it is an experience. Hip and trendy bar/restaurant attracts a huge crowd to get that authentic deep dish experience. Wear your fanciest sweat pants and fast for 2 days before because it is gonna be a ride.

Chicago style pizza and pretty nice environment. Good place to warm up in the winter and food was filling and tasty. Saw some people on dates, birthday parties and friend outings, so it has a community environment.

Well priced for what you get.

Only dour note was that we had a young uninterested staff member serve us and that was a bit of a bummer.

Where to start? When my wife and I come to Chicago we make it a point to have dinner at Giordano's. We stopped in tonight and had a great experience! The Classic Chicago deep dish was extremely tasty. It was perfect. As usual, there was a bit of a wait for that made to order pie of the God's, so what do you do? You have a local beer and a glass of wine is what you do. While we enjoyed our drinks, Sandy anticipated our every need. She offered water with our drinks (I always ask for water after drinks are delivered, Sandy somehow knows that). She kept us posted on our pizzas progress. She served our first slices. She was right there when I needed a beer refresh. Seriously, Sandy made us feel right at home. She is a fabulous representative for the company. We all have snapshots of good and bad service we receive over the years. The impression Sandy left us with, her snapshot, was truly one of the best ever. I am a former high volume restaurant manager. I would've been proud to have Sandy on my team.

Taste and see that the Lord is good. The pizzas are distinct and flavorful done in diligence and excellence.
