Disappointing in every way.
I was also directed to them for closing by my realtor as some of the other reviewers, but I figured since most settlement agents are the same and cost the same it shouldn't matter much. But I was wrong.

After closing I tried to contact them with a couple of questions about the closing and they completely ignored my call, voicemail, and email.
Also, my transaction was a simple cash purchase but they made an error in the calculation and I had to send them a check days after closing, and they held up the deed recording after the closing date.

If you want to be treated like a valued customer and not have errors on your closing, go elsewhere.

Ash is a true professional. The Law Office of Bayard Marin trusts our clients to Ash for family law matters. He really goes "to bat" for his clients and gives them an honest and thorough review of their case.

Incompetent staff- can't speak to the actual attorneys but called for a brief consult with questions on custody/ support. Had a Hyatt legal plan to cover the consult. After requesting my SOCIAL SECURITY # (declined to provide but gave them last 4 to verify my coverage) and taking down my Hyatt case #, no call back 2 weeks later. Called again and got a different receptionist who didn't think they "typically take family law cases" via Hyatt. Just wanted to know how best to transfer existing order from DE to NJ, probably about 5 min worth of time. The receptionist at the courthouse will likely be more useful than this place.

I didn't hate this place, but sent an inquiry through a legal referral site, and never received a response. Guess my business wasn't important to them.

They handled the closing on our new home. Great customer service and positive environment!

These guys were super awesome with the settlement of our first home purchase. It was quick and smooth. They even gifted us a bottle of homemade wine when things were done.

Very rude and disrespectful. The secretary for family services is horrible and nasty over the phone. Would never recommend this firm to anyone. When you are already stressed and have important matters and requesting the services of an attorney, the last thing you need is a secretary talking nasty to you. Do not waist your time calling them.

I had a minor dispute case and now I m just getting out of jail, they did not present a solid defense and I went to jail for multiple years. Horrible Law Firm.

I like being able to call and request any documents that may be needed from settlements even many years ago. The office is always able to retrieve and get them to me quickly

Wow, just contacted this office to contract as my real estate attorney and experienced the rudest receptionist or whoever answer the phone. Fine with me, I'll just go somewhere else.

We worked with Ash who was professional, poised, and absolutely brilliant every step of the way, both in and out of the courtroom. He handled our case with care and represented us with respect and dignity through a grueling 2+ years on a 3rd party visitation case. He ultimately protected our family, indefinitely, even outside of the state of Delaware, giving our family our peace and freedom back. We could not have triumphed without his expertise! First time home buyer. Got steered to GDWG for our title work. Weeks have gone by with no progress or communication. Left in the dark. Extremely stressful position to be in. Do NOT recommend.

Six weeks after closing and still don't have all the documents, ugh! Repeated phone calls, promises to send by end of day with no response!
