Incompetent staff- can't speak to the actual attor...

Incompetent staff- can't speak to the actual attorneys but called for a brief consult with questions on custody/ support. Had a Hyatt legal plan to cover the consult. After requesting my SOCIAL SECURITY # (declined to provide but gave them last 4 to verify my coverage) and taking down my Hyatt case #, no call back 2 weeks later. Called again and got a different receptionist who didn't think they "typically take family law cases" via Hyatt. Just wanted to know how best to transfer existing order from DE to NJ, probably about 5 min worth of time. The receptionist at the courthouse will likely be more useful than this place.
