Very large, clean and well organized store. Great deals to be found. First GT I have seen with fresh meat only section. Very respectfully in separating Kosher/Halal meats - even have frozen Halal/Kosher pizza!! Everything for the family and home. Service is friendly, though little bit slow at the cash! Would have like to have seen a couple more cashiers at checkout. There are staff throughout the store doing various tasks, so if you need help with something, it is not difficult at all to find someone. That is a huge plus. Excellent location, tons of parking. Wheelchair friendly, no stairs at all. #localguide

1st time at a Giant Tiger. My impression is a junior Wal Mart

One of my favorite places to go! Always great prices and they always have items you can't find anywhere else. Store is well kept and employees are friendly :) I would totally pick shopping here over shopping at Walmart because at least they are a Canadian company, and at least you don't get the sensation you get with Walmart which is "too big to fail." Companies need to make their customers feel appreciated and boy do I ever when I come here. Thank you giant tiger corp and thank you to its staff for a pleasant experience each time, every time!

This location is great because it is easy to get to, and there is lots of parking. The staff are friendly, and very efficient considering the lines that they sometimes deal with.

The displays are well organized, a;though sometimes you find the same items in several different areas. Be sure to look around the store in case there is a similar product in another aisle for a better price. Also, you have to check each time you visit because things get moved around routinely.

The sales, including grocery items, are always pretty good. The fliers are located in the main entrance, but not really necessary because everything is clearly marked.

A more spacious location with lots of parking. The grocery section is large but it's hard to find a significant price discount. I like how they carry Canadian brands and if you're a smoker they sell cigarettes. It would be nice for them to have better deals and better quality clothing. Any clothing I have purchased has developed holes.

Largest Giant Tiger off of Walkley. Cheap clothes and even cheaper food. Give Walmart a good run for it's money.

Love GT boutique. No 5 stars because no onesie pyjamas this time around.

My favorite GT in Ottawa! Everything I want is always available, fully stocked, and fresh! If I could get all my groceries there it would be my main stop and shop place to go! The store is clean and organized,. I know where everything is and the staff are all outstanding!!!

Friendly staff and great deals, up to date clothing styles good if small selection of fresh foods. Very helpful if you need assistance and more than happy to help you with your purchases, in taking them out to your car and loading the trunk

Good value for money, nice big store with ton of parking, very close to 417.
This is also main distribution centre.
They have house ware, grocery, seasonal, clothing, kitchen items and many more.
Easy return policy, takes debit/credit for transactions.

Great place to buy Canadian confectionery....get all my Christmas stocking stuffers here and some unique gifts. Also the go to place for adult jammies, onsies etc. From food to clothing, small kitchen appliances and gadgets, bedding, baby items...it is a one stop Canadian store!!

Things seemed a bit cluttered but the staff was nice and they had an abundance of items to sell.

Like a cleaner, nicer version of Walmart. The staff at this location are always nice and helpful, and the store itself is really clean and tidy. Generally a nice place to get food and household items. Only downside is there isn't much in the way of public transport to get to this one.

One of the biggest stores in this region. Good selection and great location. Lots of parking spots. Easy to get in and out.

Some good stuff and always bringing in new products

The store was clean. Wide isles, uncluttered, handicap people could manoeuvre very easily down the all the isles. Ample parking available. Always deals available.

Sale items didn't come up at the sale price when scanned.
Cashier was rude!
Forgot my reusable bags, the ones you purchase break almost immediately.
On a positive note, the store was clean and fully stocked.

Proudly Canadian company that serve community for more than 50 years. This location is just located next to home office. Clean and organized store layout and i can guarantee you can find the best deals. They have better customer service than Walmart. They also have changing room that you could try on before you buy!

Great discount store. All advertised items were in stock on last sale day. I guess being attached to the distribution center has its advantages.

I love GT. It always has sales and things are easy to find. It's just as far away as the loblaws is near my house but I find myself going to loblaws instead (slightly more expensive) due to the cashier's at giant tiger. They don't seem like actual people. They dont greet or smile or ask if I've found everything I'm looking for. They just yell "next over here" if their line is empty and someone else has a lot. They seem miserable and in all honesty make me only go to GT once in a blue moon. It's super depressing.

Always good bargains. Friendly place. Clean. Lots of inventory.
