customer service lady acted as if she didn't want to be bothered because I had too many of the same item. She seemed annoyed

This brand new location is a godsend. The store is big and well stocked. Selection and variety are top notch. Service is helpful. Free garage parking makes it all the more convenient.

They have fresh products every day and you can find almost everything you would need.

I've been going to the gaint for many years, the people that work there or very courteous and helpful if we can't find anything just go to one and ask for help and they will take time out to get what you need Teresa at the item or tell you whether your medicine has come, courteous 80 years old now everytime I come there if I can't find anything they get a helper to help me and that's very courteous and great. if there's anything wrong with the food they will help you and if if you think something is wrong with the food go to the counter and tell them and they will come, to help you my name is Judith they all know me at the Giants courteous that always

Prices are a little high. However, the store is clean and organized. The produce and meats look fresh.

Had a couple of bad experiences at this Giant. The deli dept. was rude, and didn't say hello aod say anything like, Can I help you. So I simplye walke away afrer several mintues. Then I asked for a store credit today, as the chieken I purchased was bad. They said, No sroe credir od any kind and I waited too long. 10 days. I was ill with bronchitus, thank god no Covid-19. So lost about 20 bucks. Danielle in customer service did me a favor, I will spend more and save more at Trader Joes. Got luck, my least favorite Giant in the DCMd area.

Great grocery store in a very convenient location. Be warned this place gets super busy on nights and weekends. The produce section looks pretty thin on Sundays and they often run of common things like squash onions and sweet potatoes. Pro tip, get some wine at the back bar to sip on while you shop. Bring a date for happy hour, it is 2 for $6.

I like it because everything is fresh in vegetable fruits and many other things and for the offers I love giant food

I have gone to this Giant for years, the prices are reasonable, the service is good, the vegetables are mostly fresh, and the bakery is a solid B+/A-.

The giant is great, there's parking, great wine selection and fairly large for a giant.

Front desk is awesome the one girl who helped me w western union was the best the small chic I loved it she was so sweet n understanding

Great selection. When I think of Giant I associate it with older, rundown, lost in time stores. This one is modern, very well stocked, and large. And free parking.

The hiring manager here is very very rude she cut people off while on the phone ,have an nasty attitude and is disrespectful i forgot her name but i know it starts with a T . I called more than once being nothing but nice and all i got in return is disrespect.

GREAT selection for vegan protein etc and organic food. Was even comparable with Whole Foods.

The wine selection is fantastic. You can find bottles ranging from the single digits all the way into the hundred dollar price range and dating back to 2010. The gourmet cheese section is also great. Produce is better than Safeway and so is the met department. What is not so good is the employees and their attitudes. Management is friendly but some of the employees are some of the most disrespectful I have come across in local businesses. On numerous occasions employees have refused to help customers. I have experienced this myself. Employees seem unhappy and seldom smile. How sad. The old Giant store was better as far as employee friendliness. I guess some of the good ones have moved on now.

It a good place to shop and have the things that i really like to buy on each visit.

Beware when bringing your own bags; none of the cashiers will help you bag and they move at lightning speed.

I like the building itself! The high ceilings and exposed brickwork make for a more pleasing shopping experience than a typical big box grocery store.

One of the larger Giant stores with bakery, a large wine shop, seafood and deli departments. Large selection of almost any food items. Meats/poultry packaged for families rather than singles or two person households.

This is a nice clean Giant. I will stop by to pick up a few things on my way home after seeing clients in the area. I especially like the deli and the produce. Also like that they sell wine because it's in DC.

An enormous store that used to be a much quicker experience when it first opened but lines are longer now and help is hard to find.

Great! Clean, great selection, everything looks fresh. Favorite grocery store and I've only been once. Just moved to DuPont area, liked Giant over by H Street, and I'm happy to walk 25 minutes or take a 15 minute bus for Giant. Specifically, THIS Giant!!

Horrible the people that work there take out their hatred of the customers on anyone,and it's for the smallest of request.your five cent short notice how they hid behind a store policy,and they the kids like they don't matter,it would be nice if they had customers service training .
