I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They had seven different kinds of carts which didn't stack together and were all broken anyways. If only the prices were as cheap as the products. The store should spend more money on its employees and less on paying for fake 5 star reviews. This place is literally beneath Walmart. Walmart.

When I last visited this store, I was buying produce; vegetables, fruits etc. Found watermelon that I wanted. They were so full of dirt, I mean all of them. Got dirt all over my hands and clothes and had nothing on which to wipe my hands or clean off the melons themselves. I reported this to the cashier but there was not much she could do other than give me paper towels to wipe my hands. Just thought someone should know. Thanks.
The staff is friendly and courteous. Store is typically clean. The Chinese food is one of the better ones in the area, surprisingly. The parking lot leaves a bit to be desired. It can always be a little hard getting in and out.
Love the gas points. Also, great variety of quality products. Love the addition of Star Bucks and Chinese food court

Very good grocery shopping center, all crews are very kind always willing to assist. Though, I give it 4 stars because this Giant needs to work and do more efforts on products they are providing: choices are limited and you may not find what you are looking for. Giant needs to be giant in terms of variety of products they sell.

I get my prescriptions filled there and everyone in the pharmacy are super nice and super helpful. I would never go anywhere else.
When I shop there I can find the things I need and when there are sales on different products and u do not see it asked someone and they will check it for u and they go to the back room to see if they have any and most of the time they have it. I like it because it is one stop and u get everything.
Generally a great place to shop, but once in a while, you get an employee who can't stop talking about personal business, long enough to ring you up quickly! My suggestion is , if you need to be somewhere soon, go to self checkout or you will be stuck there until the cashier finishes her conversation with the customer in front of you!!!!!! Otherwise, Giant has great Chinese and hot food bar, salad bar, and they usually have good sales.
I love giant and I used to love the Chinese place there but I think the food has changed because I think new people own it.
Giant is my second choice for groceries. A bit expensive but good quality. It's always so damn busy, especially before a storm, but that's not their fault.
Pharmacy is so slow. Good selection of food and hygene and beer, rather large range of stuff to buy.
Sam (in the beer garden) & Daniel (in produce) are always very welcoming and quick to offer assistance. These two individuals truly shape our experience as my wife and I meander through the remainder of the store. Use them as models of excellent customer service. A simple smile and hello go a long way and take very little effort

Well things change quickly. I forgot a bag of groceries on a Sunday, I was told that I could come in and claim them. I stop in on Monday with my receipt and they had no idea what I was talking about. As much money as I spend here... Wegmens from now on!

Selection of breads and cheeses very good. Meat selection varies and services very accommodating.
I come here a lot for $5 sushi Wednesdays. Everything else is pretty good and fresh.
I'm not trying to sound like I don't care, my issue is I'm trying to check out and I'm in a hurry and being asked not once but twice about donating to some cause in the store is a little over the top. Now maybe the other employee didn't see that I was already asked or maybe there some sort of quota they have to hit for donations I'm not sure All I'm trying to do is buy a dozen donuts and walk out the store and I get stopped 2 different times asking me to donate.
I would recommend this giant to anybody they have great customer service and the staff is friendly and nice and ready to assist

The service in the deli is bad...time to replace with people the doesn't gossip about what other employees do..get people that do there job. That way there's not a half hr wait to get waited on.
I found what I wanted but many prices are higher then what I usually pay at other stores in the area for items that I buy frequently. Cat food, produce etc.
Really like the Giant. Better than No. California stores.
Usually go here for everything we need. Last couple years they've stopped carrying things we always bought.
Has beer and wine sales with a good selection of craft offerings alongside standard beers. Great selection of organic, vegetarian and natural products. Quite large store.
I know it wasn't the fault of the store, but while in line at a check out. With half of my groceries on the conveyor belt. Mostly frozen food. The lady in front of me, with a full cart of groceries. Which had already been bagged up and in her cart . Didn't have enough money to pay. So she started putting items back for deletion. After about 10 items or so, she returned all but about 7 items. In the meantime, my frozen foods are thawing. The lady behind me is complaining about her frozen items. So finally they get her out of the way. They start to ring me out. And the register freezes up. Now I have to recart my groceries and move to a different location. They apologized for the inconvenience, which was great but l feel that wasn't quite enough. I feel maybe a employee discount of some type might have been nice. Or maybe gas rewards. But now I get home, unload my groceries to find that my frozen foods are thawing, icecream melting, seafood thawed to a point that I had to put into the fridge to be used before anticipating. I have to shop at night, so l really wasn't a happy person. So thanks for listening. I just wanted to get it off my chest. I've been shopping at Giant food stores since it's high street location in downtown Carlisle. And despite all this, ill be back. I normally have a good experience. Thanks. Have a good day.

Overall, this location is not bad. There's enough parking and they have redone the interior. But there are not enough staff workers for the deli counter or the checkouts. The self-checkout wands are never charged and whenever I need help at a register, there is no manager in sight.
This Giant is huge! Almost as big as Wegmans. I usually shop at the other Giant in town and the selection here is so much larger. They have a Starbucks and a Chinese food joint in the market as well as an alcohol aisle. I think I'm going to switch my default store from now on haha

Always kept clean with friendly staff to assist with your needs. Meat and deli departments are always providing quality fresh foods. LOVE the olive bar!... And sushi!
Giant is a nice clean place to shop. They listen when you have a complaint or suggestion. However, your every wish is not granted. Sometimes this is due to lack of interest by the general shopping population, and sometimes caused by the vendor. You won't find a better produce department anywhere else.
Best fresh vegetables, they send me coupons I really can use, they have all the food I want and better prices than Weis. And I LOVE their gas points system. One where we can save up for discounts for their usually decently priced gasoline, (even without the points!) Even a lone person like me can save up enough to get these discounts! Weis makes you buy a much larger amount all at one time to get a discount. Something only families could do.

I miss this grocery store so much when I am away from home! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the food is varied and diverse, there is an impressive vegetarian/gluten free/health section, and produce is always fresh (and if it's not, they have a double-your-money-back guarantee!!)

I've recently started shopping at giant more frequently and find that the selections on produce, deli,and meat selections have a nice variety...I can usually find some good deals :)

On March 8 2017 I purchased a medium sized container of rotisserie chicken salad from the deli. When I opened the container a couple days later I discovered that I was charged for Boar's Head pepper ham @ $9.99 per pound. I should have been charged the real price of $7.49 per pound. I was given a full refund by the store. Nice to be taken care of.

Disappointed today - the bulk bins had NO almonds of any kind. It's always hit or miss with the bulk bins. Today was a miss on something I really wanted.

Always crowded and kinda pricey, this is,not one of my favorite Giant locations. However, they do have the best bakery in Carlisle and their donuts outweigh the rest!!!
