GAS is AWESOME!! The customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! They have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy!!! They stayed 4+ hours, after hours, with us the first time we met them (on a Sat). We have a few things we have ran into (at NO fault to GAS) and they have ALWAYS BEEN THERE to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of, even things that they are not responsible for!!! They have come to our rescue AFTER HOURS on another occasion and they were there to help 15 mins after we called!! WOW....IMPRESSIVE!! They went out of the way to DELIVER OUR VEHICLE TO US...(we live in Conway...an hour 1 way). All the guys are great!! We have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My son went to Georgetown auto sales on Monday to buy a truck. They said they would deliver it on Tuesday because he was not able to get back there till Friday. They didn t deliver it on Tuesday so today they told him they sold the truck that is bad business that just goes to show you they don t care for there customers they just want that sale. I sold cars for a living and I never done a customer that way that is really bad business. He will get a truck but it want be from this company I really am glad that he didn t buy from them there is no telling what kind of service they would have given him if they would do him this way before he even bought the truck. If you are thinking about buying from Georgetown auto might want to think again they don t care about the customer they just want the sale.

When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted within 2 minutes, from a very friendly sales person. He asked what we were interested in. I explained I had been speaking with Brian. He was all smiles when he told me Brian was with someone and he would let him know I was there. Within 5 minutes, Brian was outside greeting us. He brought keys out for 3 cars and allowed me to drive all of them. I must point out at this time there was no pushing for credit checks, questions about down payments, etc that I have experienced at other dealerships. I decided that I really liked the Nissan. However, there was a slight bounce when driving which I asked Brian to address with mechanic. Not only did Brian/Mechanic step up to check out the car, they are replacing all 4 tires at no extra cost to me. I must point out again that no information had been given/taken in regards to getting approved for a loan. To me that meant a lot in the fact they were willing to go the extra mile to gain me as a customer. Brian was fabulous to work with. The staff were all friendly. The receptionist even suggested a great local place for lunch. The selection is great. Process is not time consuming like at dealerships. I even got a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for under $1000. We secured the loan, signed all paperwork and I will pick up my car on Tuesday. I am sure I will enjoy my new Nissan. Went there to look at one truck and was ready to buy it after test driving it I realized something was wrong with the lift kit the dealer installed along with 4 other trucks and a jeep I test drove finally found a truck they hadn't put a lift on but shortly after driving off the lot found out the tires they added on which did make it look better rub when I turn sharp and called to complain about they told me to take it to the dealer I wouldn't trust buying anything these clowns put their hands on buyer beware

Walked right in and test drove a couple different trucks. Staff was friendly, but not very attentive. Didn t ask any questions or offer much help. The one truck I was very interested in the would not even negotiate on. I found virtually the same truck at another dealer, with 60k less miles for a slightly lower price, but they did not seem to want my business enough to even discuss

Great staff n inventory but I got my car on a Saturday n Monday it quit on me I must say they did come get it to try n fix it send it to Honda got it back n the same thing happen again didn't have the car 48 hrs. I can say when I called talk to Tim he was able to work things out for me to get Another car n my payments are still in good range.

I contacted Georgetown auto sales about a 2014 GMC Sierra all terrain and Ted immediately contacted me back about the truck. Well after taking a look at the truck in person and taking it on a test drive, everything seemed normal and I bought the truck. I seemed to know more about the trucks on the lot than he did after he couldn t answer half the questions I asked him about the truck. Well a week and a couple days after having the truck I m going down the highway at 70 MPH and go to step on the brakes and the brake pedal sinks to the floor, I have absolutely no brakes! After safely maneuvering my friend and I off the highway, I barely got it stopped in a parking lot and had to throw it in park at 25 MPH. I got out the truck and looked under it and the whole brake caliper fell off and busted the brake line which is why the other brakes would not work as well. The service department Is completely a fault and did not tighten the brake pins down or do a safety inspection before I took the truck off the lot. Keep in mind, they had a whole extra day to do this, I put a down deposit on the truck the day before and came back and got it the next afternoon because I needed someone to drive me there. ALL THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN DO IS MOUNT TIRES AND SPRAY RUSTOLEUM. It seems they have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever and should be ashamed of themselves for putting someone s life in danger. The truck started having electrical issues as well, it would lose power at any given moment and just shut off on me. This situation made me cancel my service contract with this shady business. Whenever I told them I wanted to cancel my service contract It took multiple emails over the course of a week for Ted to officially tell me that he would cancel it. They told me the 2700 dollars I paid for it would go towards principal on the loan. Well 8 weeks later when I saw nothing go towards the loan, I contacted Ted yet again asking about it and got a BS excuse. After a total of 11 weeks later they finally sent me a refund check for the cancellation... better late than never I guess. All in all, this place absolutely sucks. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone that enjoys being alive because if you buy a truck from here.... you just might lose your life.
