Love this place bought my first car from here now working on my second.

Currently deployed to Afghanistan, I started the sales process with internet salesman Tim Struck. He seemed like a friendly and accommodating person over the phone and through a few emails. As I was trying to negotiate a price through email with Tim for my car purchase, the owner, JEREMY HARDWICK (who apparently also had access to the email account Tim was using), responded to an email intended for Tim. Not only did he insert himself into our conversation, but he also did it in a very rude manner - first accusing me of making false statements about our negotiations and then insulting my intelligence with a condescending statement of "We have nothing to do with your tax." This raises an eyebrow as it was also around midnight on a Saturday night when I was receiving these emails - being rude to a customer through passive aggressive emails and losing his salesman Tim a sale. I was taken aback by the owner, JEREMY HARDWICK's, extreme lack of professionalism with customers and disregard for his own staff. I highly suggest that you stay away from Georgetown Auto Sales, as it is owned by a toxic individual.

I found the 2016 GMC Sierra Denali that I was looking for after months of searching but I give this truck lot a BIG THUMBS DOWN. Reason being, the salesman manager would not budge on the price. Which was not really a problem. When I test drove the vehicle, the salesman Bryan stated that the slight shake that I felt was from the tires due to the vehicle sitting for a while. So I purchased the vehicle and come to find out this Sierra is one of the many GMC Sierras with "The Chevy Shake." Luckily this vehicle is still under warranty and I've taken it to the dealership and they are currently working on it. Please spend your money else where!

So we saw a car on Autolist that was at Georgetown Auto. We live in Alabama and was a little far for us to look at, but couldn t get away from how clean, nice, and priced the car was. I called about the car and Teddy answered the call. He was so nice, polite, and patient even while handling other clients at the time of my call. He was back with me within 30 minutes and kept in touch with me throughout my the whole process. We traveled over 475 miles to get the car sight unseen because of Teddy. We are thrilled with our new convertible and thankful Teddy answered my call. Do business with Teddy. You will be super happy just like us.

In December 2015, I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Georgetown Auto. Saw it online and flew from Georgia with the intention to purchase my dream vehicle. I've had to call on Georgetown Auto three times since I purchased the vehicle (various reasons). Each time they were very responsive. This last time was for a warranty issue. I'd like to thank Mike, in the Service Department, for his assistance in following through with me not having to stress on having my vehicle repaired. It could have been a huge headache, but I had no worries.
