When I arrived on the lot, I was greeted within 2 minutes, from a very friendly sales person. He asked what we were interested in. I explained I had been speaking with Brian. He was all smiles when he told me Brian was with someone and he would let him know I was there. Within 5 minutes, Brian was outside greeting us. He brought keys out for 3 cars and allowed me to drive all of them. I must point out at this time there was no pushing for credit checks, questions about down payments, etc that I have experienced at other dealerships. I decided that I really liked the Nissan. However, there was a slight bounce when driving which I asked Brian to address with mechanic. Not only did Brian/Mechanic step up to check out the car, they are replacing all 4 tires at no extra cost to me. I must point out again that no information had been given/taken in regards to getting approved for a loan. To me that meant a lot in the fact they were willing to go the extra mile to gain me as a customer. Brian was fabulous to work with. The staff were all friendly. The receptionist even suggested a great local place for lunch. The selection is great. Process is not time consuming like at dealerships. I even got a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for under $1000. We secured the loan, signed all paperwork and I will pick up my car on Tuesday. I am sure I will enjoy my new Nissan.
