If I could I would give 0 star, the most useless organisation I ever had to deal with, no help from them quite the opposite, they would do anything to make your life difficult, the most horrible experience in my whole life, I really hope this organisation will be closed as there are of no use. Money is the most important they care of.
These people should be in court. Nothing they want you to believe in their Utube video is true. They treat patients with a contempt they don't deserve. Every other organisation responds to complaints. Not these people, they couldn't care less. I have written twice to the Chief Executive and have been ignored. Sent emails to Governance and customer service (what service ) Is this the right way to treat people? NO. Next Stop? A complaint to Parliament.
How is it you have to pay full amount ARF whilst on maternity leave it should be reduced, to less than half really as we're not working and maternity pay is already low enough based on an average monthly salary to be able to afford payment, its not fair at all.
2 years ago I contacted the GDC about whether my dentist was doing the right thing. What followed would be a Hollywood script for a horror film. Initially the staff were very friendly and helpful but what I didn't know is that they were determined to destroy this dentist. They then tried to persuade me to fabricate a story that would eventually lead to this man losing his job. I protested that this wasn't true but when they realised I wouldn't co-operate they suddenly became very rude and called me a waste of time. Unfortunately the poor dentist was struck off and later comitted suicide. I feel very bitter and guilty to what happened. This organisation is truly evil and although I have mixed feelings about dentists, this poor fellow didn't deserve this.
dictatorship attitude towards qualified dental professionals while has been a great failure to take action on illegal walk in straightening teeth and whitening salons.
Second time calling to solve my problem they are saying it s solved but still receive messages from them ! It s a joke.

These guys have gone rogue and are behaving in the opposite way to the original intentions of the Council. They are trying to prevent new ideas in dentistry gaining ground in order to protect their phoney baloney jobs. The new techniques that are nascent in dentistry will integrate dentistry with medicine rather than the current approach of isolating it.
needed to change my address spoke to James at GDC and he changed it all for me and informed when my retention fee was due and what I need to provide, found him very helpful and pleasant .........j witchell
Really makes me feel bitter and angry this organization at times.My Dentist has been in practice for over 30 years successfuly helping people with TMD and is desperate to teach and pass on his knowledge and experience to other dentists so that potentially thousands of patients could benefit.Im currently two thirds way through treatment and doing great.He is currently under investigation and goodness knows what the outcome may be,I am worried.This will no doubt affect my treatment and many others not too mention the stress it must be putting on him.He should be appluded and supported in my opinion for his dedication to his life's work,not this.
The other review involving the dentist commiting suicide though if true is truly shocking, I wonder if the family took any legal action,depending on the whole context.My heart goes out to them.

The service is a complete joke.. nobody that works in that place can answer any of my questions they just give you an email address to pass all your enquiries on to. They are just out to take your money. If i could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely shocking.

They are supposed to protect the public from dangerous rogue dentists. Rather all too often they go after the dentist who does a honest error. Learn from the Airline industry and stop making it a blame culture and actually protect the public by supporting to good clinician. They barely protect the public from business doing teeth whitening and braces that aren't even qualified. I know this because I reported a certain walk in clinic for braces and they haven't taken any action. This was over 6 months ago.
