I have purchased four items over 3 shipments. The merchandise is excellent quality and qutographs are crisp and clear. We greatly appreciate the effort taken in the packaging. One item in particular was a framed photo in glass. Item arrived in perfect shape. Our family will buy from Frameworth again in the near future.

BEWARE, these guys do not stand behind their products. I purchased a Signed Jersey and spent big bucks on it. The jersey was poorly manufactured and they refused to stand behind their product. I contacted them to allow them the opportunity to make things right however it appears they are too big to care about one customer. Be careful with these guys. I suggest you buy from someone who will actually stand behind their customer. Terrible for such a big company..........BEWARE

The only place to purchase NHL Memorabilia. I have ordered from them many times. I ordered one canvas and they accidentally sent the wrong one. I contacted their customer support and they responded within 30 minutes. Fully realizing that they are short-staffed due to the current circumstances. Sent me a return label and shipped out the correct photo. The customer support kept me up to date along the way. The memorabilia is unique and top notch.

No COA after purchasing a high end signed and framed Mario Lemieux piece (retails for $1190) - now the autograph has no value. Very disappointing

Purchased a team canada Price jersey. Received it and the signature bled through. It looks awful. After asking for a refund or even an exchange they refused. I ve purchased many mystery boxes with them before too. I m never going to purchase anything else from Frameworth or support their business anymore. Large disappointment.

Edit. They messaged me and offered a full refund. I happily replied and complied. Then they just ignored me.
