These people should be in court. Nothing they want you to believe in their Utube video is true. They treat patients with a contempt they don't deserve. Every other organisation responds to complaints. Not these people, they couldn't care less. I have written twice to the Chief Executive and have been ignored. Sent emails to Governance and customer service (what service ) Is this the right way to treat people? NO. Next Stop? A complaint to Parliament.
