The Lewis brothers and staff offer first class service! My car needed to be detailed after 3 months of running a COVID food program and delivering meals throughout Boone County. After the detail, my car looks and smells great. My family has been a customer of Gene Lewis Ford for over 50 years. Keep up the good work!

I had been looking to trade my older F-150 for a newer smaller truck. I searched the big box dealers in Indy and then found Gene Lewis Ford in Lebanon. My vehicle/truck purchasing experience there was by far better than any I've ever had. This is a long time family owned Ford dealership and they treated me like family as well. I dealt directly with Jim Lewis , the owner, and we made the deal on my new Ranger. He gave me a fair trade value for my old truck-better than the big box dealerships. It was a simple, quick and honest transaction. I met four different employees there and they all new me by name the next time I was there, and I know theirs as well. No haggling with a mysterious sales manager behind closed doors. I highly recommend Gene Lewis Ford.

We had engine problems while moving my daughters back to college. Luckily it happened at the Lebanon exit and we ended up towed to Gene Lewis Ford. Everyone was super nice and had us back on the road in a couple of hours....and at a reasonable price!! Thank you!!!

I had a belt tensioner pulley explode on the highway just before the Lebanon exit. I pulled in and the guys in service literally started on immediately. I was dreading being stranded all day to wait on it or have to find a ride home. They had the parts in stock and had me back on the road within about an hour and a half. I certainly appreciate the service I recieved

We have bought and leased several cars from Gene Lewis Ford. The service has been great. The Lewis brothers and their team are very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and will work to find the right car - new or used. I have sent several of my friends to buy cars there.

Horrible! horrible! service guys claim they cant ...

Horrible! horrible! service guys claim they cant hear a noise that s clearly there. Never have i had to pay them for looking into to it but now stuck with a bill and a piece of carp certified pre owned. I guess i will get my own hands dirty and find the issue and might have to school this place on how to fix a car. It s sad that our law enforcement has to take there vehicles there I wonder how safe they are? And how much they over charge costing tax payers? Ford in general has gone down hill so much for taking pride in American built!!

Had a low tire pressure light and traveling from C...

Had a low tire pressure light and traveling from Cincinnati to Chicago. The folks at Gene Lewis diagnosed it quickly as a small puncture leak in RR tire. They had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!! They also have an gorgeous GT 500 KR mustang for sale on the show room floor. My brother or I might be back to buy it unless someone beats us to it.

I have utilized Gene Lewis Ford's Collision Center...

I have utilized Gene Lewis Ford's Collision Center here in Lebanon, IN twice in the last 8 months and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repair. Both of my experiences have been wonderful. Mike Strode, the Collision Center Manager has taken care of everything with kindness, care and concern. The repairs have been timely and the results both times were terrific. I would highly recommend Gene Lewis Ford Collision Center!

While I'm not able to get drive in appointments like I have at other Ford dealership in the past, the service team at Gene Lewis Ford has made up for that by offering great diagnostic ability and reasonably priced service. I feel that I have always been treated fairly and drive a little out of my way to continue to be the beneficiary of their excellent service.

We were referred to Gene Lewis Ford by a Friend who highly recommend Steve Lewis and the Gene Lewis Dealership. They have been working with and selling Fords forever, so I felt like they must be doing something right. We drove 50 miles one way to get there, but it was Worth it. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I told them the style of car and price range I needed for my daughter, This would be her first car to own. Steve treated us like family. He got all the pieces of the deal we needed together and the car that fit our situation perfectly without any hassle. We got a Fully Loaded 2016 Ford Focus with less than 8,000 miles. Perfect fit! When you need a car or truck save yourself time and go straight to Gene Lewis Ford in Lebanon, they treat you like Family. Say Hi to Steve for me. Mike Ehringer

We just purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Debbie at Gene Lewis and the experience was great. The vehicle was as advertised, in great shape and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend dealing with Debbie for anyone looking for a car and would use them again in the future.

Super friendly , professional and knowledgeable staff. Got my new car that was recommended for my . Loving it. After the purchase there was couple of things that needed to be done to my car. They picked up, and brought it back to my work on a same day at no charge!Thank you !

Purchasing at Gene Lewis Ford is NOT your typical dealership with pushy car salesmen. Debbie is an outstanding salesman. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Ford products. Debbie was aware of all of the current rebates which helped us make our decision. Steve, an owner, quickly assessed our trade-in value and explained the value to us. Randy in finance was detailed in explaining the current rates and all the paperwork. I will shop only at this locally owned dealership supporting local employees with local families. Their presence in our community truly makes a difference in your overall experience.

I couldn't be happier with the collision repair services at GLF. Mike Strode was helpful and friendly and my little 2013 Fiesta was repaired and detailed and looks, and drives like brand new !!!

Took my Ford E250 cargo van in for an oil change. ...

Took my Ford E250 cargo van in for an oil change. Simple enough, I go to get back into my van and notice that the plastic where my step is, completely pushed up and almost caused me to fall onto the ground. Apparently, the oil change tech, lifted my truck by the body, instead of the frame! both sides were damaged and Ford said that they would fix it. they did a lousy job fixing it and now the body has no paint left where the door strikes it. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE I DO NOT LIKE!

We had hail damage and debri damage from storm they guoted. Almost $6,200. Are agent went down there and went.over the car with them well it ended up. We had to make. Three trips down there and it still wasn't fixed.properly. it took them from June 24 till. July 19 and they got more money for damage that wasnt there when we dropped it off I wouldn't. Reccomend them to anyone

This review is pointed towards the service department. I brought my car in because it was having problems starting up. They did diagnostics test and said everything was alright. I went to pick my car up the next day and my car didn't start up. All they did was jump my car and said they didn't know what was causing it. So I paid $45 for a 10 second jump.

Friendly, small town atmosphere dealership. No pressure approach where you're treated as a person and not a number. Recently purchased a used Ford truck on a Saturday and staff stayed after scheduled closing time to complete everything. FIVE STAR buying experience and will be doing repeat business here in the future!!

This review is towards the body shop. My car was in their shop for a month (literally) and I recieved 0 updates on how the car was going and what the estimated date of completion would be. The gentleman in the body shop who I spoke too often had very little patience and he acted like I was wasting his time. I went back THREE times because I had a turn signal light out, my alignment wasn't right, and other things. I kept recieving excuses on top of excuses. I would like to help anyone by saving them to agony of taking their car to this awful place. I finally took my car out somewhere else after a month and the owner stepped in and wanted me to keep it there but it was too late for that. DONT take your car here. They don't know what they are doing and they go on their own schedule and don't inform the customer. I would rather take my car to a red lobster to have it worked on rather than to this place. (The only reason they get 2 stars is because the owner was a nice guy who wanted to help but it was too late)

Just purchased a Lincoln MKX from Gene Lewis. Probably the best experience in vehicle purchasing I've ever had. Debbie was excellent to deal with and after my purchase she spent time reviewing every feature of the vehicle with us! Very personable and friendly service! Vehicles I looked at on their lot were very clean inside and out! If you want a relaxed vehicle experience at an excellent experience this is the place!

Gene Lewis Ford will always have my families business. We have purchased several vehicles from there over the years. Recently my car was damaged and we decided to have the Ford Collision shop complete our repair. I was beyond satisfied. My car was like new again and repaired very quickly. They went above and beyond. Thank You for the wonderful care and great experience.

We are on our way home from Chicago heading to Louisville, KY. We stopped for gas, and our car had an steering assist error and wasn t driveable. Thankfully we were on the same exit as Gene Lewis Ford. It was already 5:30 so they were closed for the day, but I called and spoke to Steve Lewis. He was immediately very helpful. He came to the gas station we were stuck at and told the tow truck what to do with the car. He then took us to a hotel and had our looked at first thing the next day. They had us back on the road that afternoon. We received such great service and were shown so much hospitality. I 100% recommend this dealership.

Not very friendly and interior detailing took longer than a day with no call to keep me informed since I was told I'd receive a call when it was done that evening. Their website and door say the service center is open until 6:00 the day it was supposed to be done, but when I called at 5:41 to check on my car I got a very annoyed showroom employee who told me they've always left at 5:30. I called back the next day at 2:00 (the time I got off work) to find out it had been done for about an hour. I paid $100 for the experience and finally had my car back.

As a first time mom who is about to have a baby, I realized that it was time to trade in my 2008 Pontiac G6 GT with 269,000 miles for a new vehicle. I take great care of my vehicles and am very particular on what I wanted, especially with bringing a newborn home. I came to David Lewis letting him know what I was exactly looking for after doing much research. Within 30 minutes of leaving his office, I received a phone call from David letting me know that they had that specific vehicle on their lot. I was able to test drive the vehicle and within a week I was able to call it my own.

Randy made the financing process a very easy task, and he answered every question that I threw at him.

Debbie did an excellent job with all the paperwork that I had to complete in order to finalize the sale.

The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, which is great for a woman who is nine months pregnant. They definitely have a permanent customer in me.

Well it is a Ford dealer. Everything is 100$ it seems they tend to be friendly, see the Lady in Service not the Guy, unless you know him, then he is cool with you. The lady will go the extra mile for you I wish I remembered her name. I am glad they warned me my lug nuts we're bad before removing them and not being able to put them back on. But...a set costs 132$ .....waiting for another payday.

Visiting Gene Lewis Ford was probably one of our best vehicle buying experiences we have had. My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years. We felt at ease like we were visiting old friends.
Steve made us a deal which was fair and very up front. A good offer on my trade and a fair price on the vehicle we were purchasing. We enjoyed visiting with him discussing the merits of small home town dealerships. No pressure! No sales gimmicks! Just good old fashion conversation! Truly a great experience!
Debbie delivered the vehicle to us and spent a great deal of time sharing with us the ins and outs of the vehicle operation. She is an extremely knowledgeable individual. She knows her products! A delightful person to deal with. Debbie also took care of the paper work pertaining to the purchase which went smoothly with no hiccups. Great Job!
We had questions for the service department and found them to be more than willing to provide information and assistance.
When in the market again we will start with GENE LEWIS FORD!

The worst place I have ever been had my car over 5 weeks tried to put the old parts back in it after a fire all Mike Strode did was like every day about something different... Tried to go get my car to take it elsewhere they refused to give me my keys...lawsuit...... I would never take anything here worst place ever they are cons
