Really need to update voicemail welcome messages communicating about if locations are even taking appointments. They're only taking walk ins so apparently no location is answereing the phone. Not helpful, called multiple times. Wasted time making an online account thinking I could book. Called customer care, on hold 20 mins only to find out they haven't been taking appointments for a couple months. You can call them to find out which location is currently not busy to go for a walk in.

Don't book your travel covid-19 testing through them. They only communicate through email. They charge $150 per test yet can't afford to hire a phone operator or two. Fraud.. Won't give you results back on time and you will probably miss your flight!

I have tried for over a half hour, several times to make a booking on line. I was instructed to change my name to my email address, which I did, then was told my password was incorrect. I change the password, and was told it was incorrect. I did this at least 5 times, checking the place to change my password. I have tried phoning but am endlessly waiting until the music drives me crazy. This is NOT helpful.

What a terrible place

What a terrible place
You make an appointment and they still make you wait an hour. You watch the screen as walk ins get put in front of you.
Missed my chest xray appointment too.
The lab technicians are absolutely rude.

Poor customer service. I was told it was a 1 hrs wait and decided to leave and come back in 40mins. Keep in mind, I had 2 young kids and emergency need for a blood test so I couldn t book an appointment. If your not here when they call your name they bump you to the back of the lineup. I arrived back within their time frame and they had bumped me back. As well, I suggest a butterfly needle and they didn t listen to my request. She proceed to dig around inside my arm. I finally had to say stop because I felt so nauseous and I have no problems with needles!

This is a comment for head office. Do you actually know how populous NE Edmonton is? From where I reside -near the NE Edmonton hospital- there are only 3 dynalife labs I can go to. Northgate-which is an absolute waiting nightmare, Belmont and oh gee....the hospital. I use a cane and a rolling walker. Needless to say it's a cab ride there and back. Northgate is out; that's a $15-$20 cab ride, Belmont is likely the same, although it's so small in there it's stifling! And of course the hospital which is a first come first served lab. Who in this big city made a decision to close down the one on 50 street and 130 Avenue?? I'm almost positive there was one there before. If not, have a discussion amongst yourselves. Frustrated doesn't begin to cover it!!!

** Please note: This review is NOT for their headquarters downtown by City Centre Mall - but for the Oliver/Brewery District lication on 104 Ave & 120ish St. **

Weird to find, due to being on the second floor in the corner of a strip mall building with long hallways, this Dynalife is worth the effort.

Modern fixtures, bright light, lots of waiting area, multiple check-in lines, short wait times & professional, friendly staff made my trip down phlebotomy lane much less scared!

The building is accessible with cement ramps, power-assist doors, an elevator large enough for a reclined powerchair or multiple rollators & cane users, as well as washrooms large that look to be large enough for anyone to use.

The lighting is bright and fluorescent, and thrir signage needs some work to make their presence more obvious - but this is an excellent step up from the basement of the Allin Clinic! (Figuratively, literally & punnily)
