Have been flexible and accommodating with the difficulty CoVid has brought to therapy and healthcare. Very professional and genuine love for helping children. If you are trans or if you go by a different name than what your legal name is, do not go here. They will not call you by your preferred name and they will make you feel as if you aren't welcomed in the group. I went to a group for other kids that had trouble developing mentally like me. I was placed with homophobic kids and the counselors did absolutely nothing about it, in fact the counselors decided to not call me by my preferred name either. When they told me they weren't going to call me by my preferred name, I went to the bathroom and cried. Do not go here if you are LGBTQ, they do not care.
The counselors are great and understanding and you can honestly tell they care.
Called office and tried to get information to help my autistic child. Whomever answered the phone was very unhelpful, wouldn't answer any of my questions directly, and simply referred me to their website instead of taking the time to answer my questions. Very disappointed.
