Jason very helpful in helping us negotiate the sale and explaining the process. Jason also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. The best part about working with Jason was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding lots that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Jason has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Working with Jason and his associates was a very easy and great experience. He helped us sell our condo in two days. The preparation of our unit was done professionally and very nicely. We decided to leave most of the staging for our time of continued ownership until closing because we liked it a lot. Jason and his associates kept us informed along the way right up until closing. Financing is a big part of buying a home. Jason Geiger was an AWESOME agent with discussions about what to do when my closing did not happen the day it was scheduled.
