Jason represented us as a seller's agent. We had bought a home on anticipation of working in the Madison, WI area but as the pandemic worsened, we began working virtually and no longer needed to move. Jason was able to quickly meet with us and get the property listed. We immediately had competing offers and secured a buyer. Jason very helpful in helping us negotiate the sale and explaining the process. He took initiative to organize removal a full house of furniture that came with the home when we bought it. Jason helped manage the buyers and buyer's agent who had some atypical requests that were difficult for us to respond to as we are not local to the Dane county area. The closing process was smooth, on-time and painless due to the efforts of Jason and Geiger Realtors team. We would definitely use Geiger Realtors again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Dane County area.
