This was my first experience in selling and buying a home in this fast volatile real estate market. Unfortunately, things can happen in a real estate transaction that are out of one's control. Financing is a big part of buying a home. Jason Geiger was an AWESOME agent with discussions about what to do when my closing did not happen the day it was scheduled. He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He had a really good understanding of the local market and I'd use him again the next time I buy a home. Highly recommended! The process from beginning to end was quick and his team - Samantha and Rachel got to work right away.
