Melvin's level of customer service and patience is unsurpassed. He resolved my problem literally last minute for a Black Friday sale regarding a group traveling with me for my 50th Birthday to Dreams Dominicus in February, 2018. The group is a combination of family and non family members. We had difficulty booking the last room due to an error message regarding a limit on rooms booked. However, thanks to Melvin, he pointed out that we had room for one more room to reach our limit and resolved our problem very quickly and efficiently. He displayed a tremendous amount of patience with me because I was growing increasingly worried that we would not be able to book our last reservation for the trip so my impatience was in full force. I would highly recommend Melvin for accommodation and/or raise for his excellence in customer service and problem solving skills. He is an asset to your team and would only increase your business sales. For instance, I had decided that I was not going to continue my ownership with UVC, after the 5 year trial period, however, Melvin may have changed my mind. Please seriously consider rewarding this excellent employee and ascending him to a position where he can be an even larger asset to your company.
