Worst company on the planet. They consistently mess up reservations, fail to follow through with anything they say and have cost me thousands of dollars. Most recent evidence of incompetence - I faxed in a cancelation of a reservation by the deadline they require, assured that the fax transmission went through and now, after the fact, discover they deny receipt and did not process - again costing more money and time. I hate this company and the incompetence is unbelievable.
