Used to be a great place. It still has potential but the staff all seem to hate their job and it shows. Not a welcoming crew at all. When a customer asked a guy from the kitchen crew if he could strain the spaghetti noodles a bit more because there was a lot of water in the bucket, the gattis employee was short snarky with him. Management needs to fix this asap.
