Gartec made ordering and installing the lift easy and the installers worked around the builders timetable. Had an issue with keys but they sent more as soon as i called - thanks.

The lift installation was flawless even with us changing dates and Amanda project managed everything perfectly. Ignore the negative reviews below.... their customer service is impeccable, anything that came up an engineer came out straight away, (no matter how minor) we ve been so impressed that next week we will be showing it off for the second time to a new potential customer :) . A great professional company I would highly recommend to anyone !

Had a couple of options for our new lift and pleased we chose Gartec. It was clear from the beginning that they were more professional than our other options, deliver and meet as well as listen to our requirements. No nasty surprises!

The company you are "managing" is not reliable, is not professional and your employees need a lot of training.
I signed a contract more than 2 years ago and I only had 1 service, I called your team 2 days ago as my elderly mother came to visit and initially was promised for an engineer to attend to the site the following day between 1 and 5. Nobody called and nobody turned up, when I called around 4.30, I was told that the engineer was busy and he would have come the following day. I specifically asked for an early morning visit, as the only purpose for my lift is my elderly and disabled mother, he turned up in the afternoon and left a note inside my letter box as apparently my phone was not reachable, when I called your office again i was told he had been waiting for 25 minutes and then he had to go. I then demanded the cancellation of the contract and to get the engine key back from the engineer who initially came 2 years ago. Even this small task is difficult for your staff.
My lift has been working for the first 6 months and then it has not been used ever again.
this is just ridiculous behavior. You do not deserve to be trading.

We are currently being used as a Covid vaccination. Our lift is essential- especially in the early stages as a high proportion of this attending we re old and with limited mobility. So it was a major issue when the lift started to misbehave.
Fortunately Gartec were able to respond promptly and were flexible enough to fit in with the vaccination schedule.
Everyone we dealt with from the back office staff to the site engineer were highly competent, helpful and happy to go the extra mile to get us sorted.

Excellent service, on time, smart and the engineer soon completed the required work ... Would recommend ... The lift is in our 'Globe Hall Earth Centre' - the funds were raised and centre was built by volunteers, companies, groups and dedicated individuals over a 19 year period! The lift is a vital part of our facilities... Making the Earth Centre accessible for everyone...

We had some work done on our house and being in our 70's decided to install a lift. Found Gartec on the web and visited their showroom. We were really impressed with them, the lifts, and the sales guy Matt who was very helpful and knew his stuff. Didnt try to sell us the expensive lift (it was very nice) but after assessing our needs we went for a 4000 which happened to be the most affordable. The project manager was very helpful and came to us twice before the lift went in to make sure our builders were happy and all was ok. The lift was installed in 2 days and now it looks great. We still use the stairs but my wife uses it most days for taking stuff up and down. We had one minor fault on it after a few weeks but the engineers came the following day and it was all sorted. We love it and now our neighbours are talking about getting one.
