The company you are "managing" is not reliable, is not professional and your employees need a lot of training.
I signed a contract more than 2 years ago and I only had 1 service, I called your team 2 days ago as my elderly mother came to visit and initially was promised for an engineer to attend to the site the following day between 1 and 5. Nobody called and nobody turned up, when I called around 4.30, I was told that the engineer was busy and he would have come the following day. I specifically asked for an early morning visit, as the only purpose for my lift is my elderly and disabled mother, he turned up in the afternoon and left a note inside my letter box as apparently my phone was not reachable, when I called your office again i was told he had been waiting for 25 minutes and then he had to go. I then demanded the cancellation of the contract and to get the engine key back from the engineer who initially came 2 years ago. Even this small task is difficult for your staff.
My lift has been working for the first 6 months and then it has not been used ever again.
this is just ridiculous behavior. You do not deserve to be trading.
