Garnet Ford made my experience amazing an effortless when leasing my car. I m only 19 years old with only a year of credit history and two jobs but no other dealership would help me lease or buy a car. Their program for college students works wonders! I m now driving a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid to work and school. When I came into talk to them about buying or leasing a car I ended leaving with my car the very next morning. Absolutely painless experience! Thanks again Garnet Ford for giving me a chance!

Took truck in for a recall . They were supposed to fix the next day and give me a loaner vehicle.When I got there the service guy said if I have 40 mins they would do in now. So I wouldn't have to come back the next day to pick up my vehicle. That was a great help.

What an amazing experience buying a car from Nick Means! He was kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. After the sale, he even took me through all of the features helped me set up my phone with the car. Buying a car can be a real challenge, but Nick Means made it easy and enjoyable!!

I DROVE THE CAR AWAY WITH THE DOOR LATCH STILL BROKEN, AS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL PAPERWORK FROM FORD. SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 20S30 AFTER NHTSA RECALL 20V-331 BAD MOVE GARNET FORD, SEE THIS GOES IN YOUR REVIEWS. HAD TWO BRONCOS ON ORDER, THAT WAS CANCELLED TODAY. NO MORE FORDS.

Service members were very welcoming. I was however surprised how long it took for a oil change even after having a scheduled appointment. Payment also became an issue because Corp never put money in my Ford rewards account. My first appointment and first impression was rather unorganized. For what I spent on my vehicle I did expect better.

I was visiting from SC and having an issue with cranking my F-350. I called the service department, advised that the starter may need replacing and scheduled a time to bring the truck to them. I 'think' the service tech I spoke to was Wayne. I also asked for an oil change. They advised to bring it in on a Wednesday morning and they 'might' have it ready by Thursday afternoon.
They had the truck ready the SAME DAY! They changed the starter and oil and I was on my way! The staff was SUPERB! First class Ford service department! It was an added 'bonus' our visit to PA. Job well done!

Wayne was very helpful - took the time to understand the problem I was describing. Garnet is a family place. My father went to Garnet and now I do. The night receptionist had a question and her father came around the corner and assisted her. The work is always good and the service team lets you know when the work will be done so you know how to plan your day. Great experience.

Bought a 2020 Explorer ST that had a funky, intermittent electronic problem with sound system that was new to the dealer, new to Ford. Ira the service manager and Bob his top mechanic worked tirelessly to resolve the problem communicating through engineering folks at Ford. Being in a technical industry myself I know just how tough it can be to pin point intermittent issues like this. I really appreciate the great customer service that I received from not only Ira and Bob, but also from David, Mike & Bryan at the counter who were really patient with me when I frequently followed up. Problem is solved and loving this vehicle.
