Check in was amazing. Jill was great!
Then downhill.
If you are coming be sure to only have 3 hours at the pool max per day as you have to make reservations although the pool sometimes doesn't have more than 10 people at a time. Not worth your money.

Also, they will charge a resort fee... for their amenities that you cannot even use at your own leisure...

Truly pathetic.

This resort is awesome! The actual room is very nice! Came with a winerator to pour a glass whenever you want. And the view you cannot beat! The resort had an infinity pool which was very nice. We also used the hot tub in the fitness room which was very relaxing! Also ordered the chocolate cake for dessert and it was melt.in your mouth awesome!

The room we stayed in was wonderful. We booked through a 3rd party and the pics on their site didnt to the room justice. The view was spectacular and the bed was a trap... we had a hard time leaving it. Who could blame us with that view and fireplace and bathrobes? Will return soon.

One of the best massages I've ever had, left all my knots on the massage table. Massage was customized to treat my problem area (neck). It is such a relaxing environment and professional services. Lovely and accommodating staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Gorgeous View of Garden of the Gods. Great menu for breakfast and lunch. The space is very tastefully decorated and very elegant without being to "stuffy". Had a wonderful brunch and our party of 11 was easily accommodated. The staff was very friendly as well!

Beautiful as always. Service has improved over the past year or so but the food does not measure up. Several owners and chefs since my introduction to the club twenty-five years ago.
Then, the food was good, not great, but the service was incredible. It was proper and correct. Not familiar and mediocre.
Can't beat the view though...

This resort is incredible! Beautiful rooms provide a gorgeous view of the Garden of the Gods and the mountainside. The employees are very attentive and helpful. The in-lobby restaurant provides high quality but affordable breakfast & lunch. Plenty of excellent bars, restaurants, recreational dispensaries, and outdoor activities within a 20 minute drive. I wanna stay here every time I visit Colorado.

definitely 1 of the best hotels in Colorado, perfect location across from Garden of the Gods, friendly warm staff, tasteful spacious room with small safe, fridge, coffee maker, wildlife wondering in the area early morning, need to book in advance, walk-in & expecting having vacancy is almost impossible

We were given the most garbage room on the property. $715 with tax for a room facing a construction site. The property is beautiful and the view is great, but they should not be renting the casita queen rooms. They are a money grab trying to juice every coin out of the property.

Imagine waking up to a picturesque view you'd find in national geographic and you'd have what overnight guests are offered here. With the monolithic sandstone pillars of the garden in the foreground, and Pike's Peak as the backdrop, I don't think you will find a more amazing view. Couple this with the resort's attention to detail and helpful front desk staff that attend to you in a way that makes you feel like royalty, and it's hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay. The room is spacious, comfortable, and with nice touches throughout. Thoughtful things from quality coffee, to a personal blanket to keep warn while you watch the sun light up the mountain formations from your personal balcony leave you with the impression that they don't believe in cutting corners here. Only negative was the in-room service but that wouldn't/won't stop me from coming again.

Simply amazing

Simply amazing
The service was impeccable, the dining five-star and affordable, and we took in some of the most amazing views anywhere. Staff had our room reservation pulled up before we even entered the building, the rooms were spacious w/ fireplaces and large bathrooms, and the service was first rate. They assisted my parents, who are elderly, with special requests without any problems. This was the best vacation ever!

We had the pleasure of holding our August 12th, 2017 wedding at the Garden of the Gods Club...we couldn't have asked for a more stunning setting, better service or an overall more perfect day. Our guests were all so happy, and none of us could stop beaming and in reflection on the day, we just can't say thank you enough. Would highly recommend the GOGC to other couples looking for the most gorgeous and memorable wedding venue in Colorado Springs.

Love this place! It has the best view of the Garden of the Gods as well as boasting three phenomenal 9 hole courses. While being members only it is a welcoming place with A+ service, staff & amenities.

We stayed here during a roadtrip through the Southwest. We made a comprise to save money by staying in mostly cheap hotels, while splurging on the 10 best hotels we could find on our route.

We had the Master Suite here. I believe it was around $300 a night due to some promotion, which was an incredible steal, as this was the very best hotel room we had our whole trip. (This was nicer than L' Auburge de Sedona which cost nearly $1k a night)

The room must have 20 foot high ceilings, and beautiful sliding wood shutters that open to a floor to ceiling window that is probably 20 feet wide. We had a direct, unobstructed, wide view of the Garden of the Gods park rock formations, with good privacy. We could see a small pond on the grounds with frequent rabbits, deer, and other animals frequently roaming freely.

The room was astounding. Perfectly soundproof, a luggage room as big as some hotel rooms, triple sinks, a makeup station, separate toilet and tub/shower rooms, beautiful pocket doors, a wonderful bed, a workspace and a dining area.

The valet, room service and housekeeping staff were tremendous. We had turndown service that was not at all awkward and were generally treated with great respect by those staff.

The front desk was a bit awkward. Check-in was drawn out because the staff was chatty and asked a lot of personal questions. I'm sure they were just trying to build rapport, but I prefer a front desk that is quick and more professional.

The smoking policy here is draconion. They don't have anywhere to smoke, period. You'd have to walk a long ways to get off the property, and then you are just on the edge of a road with no sidewalk. We did smoke in our car, but that required us to avoid the valet so we could get to our car, and that forced us to walk farther each time.

I get that fine hotels don't want visible smokers. Just provide an area for smokers that is hidden from view.

I recently stayed at the Garden of the Gods Club in April, 2013. The location and views are spectacular. This is an exceptional and historical club. The architecture reminds me of the Mad Men TV show. Guest rooms are large. Some furnishing are a little dated. The balcony was large too (larger than many hotel rooms). All the rooms have an unobstructed view of the Garden of the Gods and Pike Peaks. Wi-Fi signal was strong for my room (229), which is in the middle of the building.

I was traveling w/ wife and small son. I was concerned we wouldn t be able to use the pool based on another reviewer's comments. It appears in the off-season (cold months), only the spa/lodge pool is open. It is open to all guests of the hotel (children and adults). In the summer there is a larger pool available for children. We felt very welcome.

Please be mindful that this is a club. It is best to be respectful of the dress codes.

The room is very nice, and has a generously large bathroom and closet. The winter season amenities are somewhat limited. The location is very good for exploring Colorado Springs. We tried to get a golf lesson at the attached golf club, but the pro didn't show up, so they just have us a free round of golf.

Amazing. They hosted my daughter's wedding and it couldn't have gone any better. This was a destination wedding and I was a little nervous doing a wedding in the middle of a pandemic but Kendra and Allison put my nerves at ease. Everyone More

The couple's night event at the spa was fabulous. Wine, cheese, and fruit and a massage were the perfect combination. The salt therapy and steam rooms were comfortable, very clean and what you'd expect at a world class Spa. I'm so glad to have found this gem in Colorado Springs.

I truly hate to give a poor review given how wonderful the staff at front desk were but we will never stay at this resort again after the interactions we had with the Assistant Front Office Manager, Bryce Baron. We had an ADA concern arise and, through our communications, it became very apparent that Bryce has no understanding of what this means or how to properly deal with these issues.

A very customer focused experience. Excellent staff and amenities. The views are amazing. There's a little construction ongoing on the south end of the resort, but this is opening up some amazing options far beyond normal rooms.

Beautiful hotel with awesome views. I only didn't give 5 stars because the room we booked was unavailable when we arrived. The staff and management did all they could to make up for an issue that was out of their control. I would stay again
