I booked a mammogram for my mother-in-law and despite having repeated several times on the phone that she also had to do the echo .. on the day of the booking they realized that it had not been booked ... we had to wait until they finished doing the ultrasound all those booked (about 2 hours) also because the doctor who did them was not very fast. Terrible cup. Today I called at 12 thinking that it would close at 1pm as it is Saturday and there was already the secretary's office that said to call from Monday to Friday. When you call during the week, on the other hand, nobody ever answers: if you show up in person, there is a queue and when you finally get to the reception; you find rude and unprofessional staff.

This morning, in the presence of 4 or 5 patients waiting with regular booking, a rather unpleasant fact occurred. A gentleman without a reservation (and refused to accept it because he was unable to register for the same day) was nevertheless allowed to enter for an ultrasound because the doctor who knew him "liked it".
Incredulous we called the director while the gentleman was already inside, jumping in line and all of us. The doctor then ran out calling us saying that with the gentleman in question they were "just talking" and in obvious embarrassment. In fact, not true because the gentleman who had entered twice before the previous visit (with another patient lying on the bed x visit, above all) to tell the doctor that they did not register, had just said to have to examine. Can such unethical attitudes afford such a structure? The lord will have paid the cost of the visit like all of us? Clearly we all gave a definite answer: if he did not accept it, certainly not. We would like to be wrong.

Hello, I would just like to communicate that after having a mammogram I realized that I had left a silver chain on the chair and obviously I realized it too late! They stole it, since neither the cleaning ladies nor the staff found it. I'm just saying sadness! It wasn't worth much but it was a gift I cared about a lot. A shame. Reservation one dermatological visit privately for a Wednesday afternoon, I go at the institute and pay at the check-in counter. The secretary shows me a waiting station ... then it turned out to be wrong.
