It is a peaceful hotel with various services such as banks, shops, jewerly and many more.

The hotel is faulty that the old furnishings and concierge service are available in name only where I called them to take the bag during departure and after several calls the worker did not come, which kept me 45 minutes and I waited and had to carry it myself to make a check out. Check that Sarah and Ahmed are wonderful

Located in the heart of Zamalek makes the hotel central from everywhere. the building is authentic and gives luxury and royal impression. There are several nice restaurants as Roy steakhouse and burgers.

The worst hotel in that area . Security bad so much . all stuff asking money for everything.

Very excellent hotel.

Nice hotel but a bit old. I staid for 4nights and I did like the possibility to have a great choice of restaurants and the open bars they have.
The gym was relocated in a strange area due to ristructure of the hotel.
All the carpets in the hotel should be replaced; very old!!

Marvelous reception with a great zamalek tower view ... i only didnt like that the spa isnt included for free

The place is beautiful and designed with a very attractive system I would like to visit a lot
