A luxury hotel, a real palace in all meanings. nice Nile view. delicious food. V. professional and friendly staff

All the need is pretty except the parquet is very expensive

Very friendly hospitality and professional service. The food is very good. The ambience and the layout is combines traditional Arab design grandeur and modern luxurious amenities. The views of the Nile and the city are also quite spectacular.

Well, its a great hotel to stay at!! The location and food was amazing. Service is quite good and receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Im giving it a 4 stars as they allow hookers to get in which is a thing that might not be appropriate for a 5 stars hotel.... one more thing, you will find everything in this hotel from facilities to restaurants with different cuisines and entertaining activities

I still enjoy the garden and few restaurants, but in general it's not as good as it used to be. The service level is down and not refelctong Marriott chains.

Ideal location to visit the Cairo ... Very good service and the executive lounge is neat, quality food. Special thanks to Mona and Tarek for the little care for us. Dina for the privileged check in as a marriott Platinum member.

The Best Iftar taste that you can eat in Down Town Cairo followed by the most beautiful Shisha at open air outlet on top of the historical Palace infront of the Nile

The hotel is getting old and in need of modernization. Still, the standard against local hotels is still good.

Great Stay! The rooms might be a little basic, but the atmosphere is awesome. It is also a convenient location if you want to go to all sorts of places in Cairo.

Well, Im not happy with the location of the room, Its too far from everything, ive had back surgery's and too much walking isnt helping me.
So i like everything else, serve is great...
By the way I love to travel and give my opinion.

One of the best 5 stars hotels in Egypt. It was a historical palace that has alot of great furniture and old classical mirrors and marble stairs.
Also food and service are great and I preferred their food more than Jw Marriott
