This review is for the buffet at the restaurant. Nice and cool. Great views. Food options were pretty good. The dessert was amazing! Price was reasonable. I think it was like $28.

Very attentive staff and delicious food, I really liked the night tour.

This hotel is a gem. Yes, it is very humid and could improve but depends on you how to take this unique place. Enjoy. Nowhere you will find this kind of experience, views and sense that you just traveled through time. You can book a boat tour, bird watching, air tram, see all kinds of animals and plants. A getaway from the city yet very close to the city.

To relax and to experience nature up close a super resort. Great food and great destinations through the rainforest.

It is a beautiful place surrounded by vegetation, in the resort you eat super rich.

When you enter and walk on you have the feeling that you are in a very luxurious environment. The view of the rainforest is breathtaking.
Nevertheless, the follow-up impression was less positive.
The same wine costs 4 dollars more in the restaurant than in the bar.
You get a 1st tour for free, follow-up tours cost a fortune.
Room rate at least $ 110 excluding breakfast and tours.
However, if you do not have your own transport, you are dependent on their meals, because there is no restaurant nearby.
Everything at this hotel made you feel like you were just looking for one thing: making a lot of money from their guests.

It is the most beautiful property in Panama. Located in a magical place. Improving some details would make it more incredible. But it is a magical place. You have activities like Canopi. Cableway.

Great place with great views. Spent some really good jungle trqcking time in Gamboa

Grandiose panorama, beautiful pool area. We only went for a coffee in the hotel and enjoyed the view from the veranda over the lakes and forests.
The offered tours seemed very expensive. Overall, the complex seemed a bit old. Conclusion: ideal for a stopover.

Great place to travel with kids. We especially loved the complimentary night tour of the forest, the tram above and through the rain forest, the boat ride through the Panama canal and Gantum Lake, and the sloth sanctuary exhibit. The tour guides were awesome. My only critique would be for the hotel rooms in lower level be upgraded as we so faucets are not and shower heads are not constantly dripping. Breakfast and lunch was OK. Overall, you can't beat the location and activities that Gambia Rainforest Resort had to offer. Thanks to hard working staff there for making our family trip so memorable.

Very nice the hotel, the tour in the boat also nice but very expensive and they offer you to see a series of animals (especially monkeys) and if you see 3 monkeys. Very expensive for what it is. The same thing you get next to the hotel for much less price

Place away from the hustle and bustle, lovely landscapes during the trip to the hotel, spacious facilities, I attended a wedding in the morning, all the menu items were delicious, the staff very attentive

Unforgettable good moments at the Gamboa resort hotel, in this time of pandemic even though we are living a very difficult life cycle for us and for everyone, but we are not alone in this fight against the pandemic, we have a great friend who He is helping to combat this evil (that is my friend Jesus, who being King, who being God is my friend.) Let us all take care of each other with all Bio security measures and thus we will overcome this world crisis together, mainly in our Panama.

Hotel is amazing and everything. But if you try calling or contacting them for tours and activities that they offer, they'll have you waiting forever and get your answer maybe in your 5th or 6th call.

The location of this "eco-hotel" is unique. In the middle of Soberania National Park, one can enjoy different outdoor activities, from the pool, jungle treks, cable car, orchid exhibitions, frogs, sloths and More

Beautiful place for nature lovers! It's worth going

A really unique place. Reminds one of the resorts of the past. Beautiful buildings with good restaurants. Definitely a place to stay if your in Panama. Pricier than a typical hotel. But very much worth the money.

A place full of nature, in my consideration romantic.

If you like nature this resort is ideal. It has a pool with waterfall and bar inside. Your cocktails are delicious. It has no nightlife (the club only opens on Saturdays) so it is designed to go to rest. The park is immense and beautiful. There are tours to do where they visit the butterflies and variety of flowers

It lacks a bit of maintenance, but the site is spectacular

Very nice hotel in the middle of Gamboa jungle pure nature. Was only on excursion there but it was just great this location from the hotel.

Overrated but fine. We Usually stayed at the Radisson but we want a change. THE ONLY PROBLEM was the front desk... they gave us clear instructions to walk to our room... and we walk more than 15 minutes until nowhere and then some maintenance guy help us! We weren't the only one. The other employees were so apologetic but the people in the front desk when saw us return they just look away.... clearly they are not familiar with the facilities. In the end our room was just in front of the elevator!!!
Rooms are clean, comfy and just normal. Nothing fancy. And here is were the Radisson beat them they have better service and accomodation!
In other hand the breakfast buffet was AWSOME. If you choose some outside seats ufff! Its It's beautiful!
Installations are old but beautiful. Location is reallyyyy away from the city, but if you are looking contact with nature this is the place you will choose.

It is spectacular... It's breathtaking... The tours and tour guides are terrific... I will be going back... Sloths, oselots, and other animals I have never seen before... Fully recommend going...

It is a spectacular hotel with a wonderful river view in the middle of the jungle but it is totally left it is a shame it seems like a ghost hotel and I can assure you that if it was remodeled it would be fantastic splendid wonderful
