Contact person does not call back twice. Disappointing.

Very unprofessional company. Make appointments, but not come true and make things mandatory. Especially on the phone they say you MUST have a call etc. and try to push this through. No respect for humans at all. If you say something about it, they get very angry and they turn against you with several men.

Great company, I have had the pleasure to do business with them multiple times.

Been in contact with several recruiters, but CareerValue only offered vacancies that I was looking for. After specifically explaining my requirements and wishes, they kept in touch with me about options. After two weeks, CareerValue set up a conversation with a very interesting company, where I am now working as a junior frontend developer.

I definitely didn't get the idea that CareerValue was pushing through with conversations, as another review describes it. However, they were very open about all relevant vacancies and left it up to me whether I wanted to come for an interview or not.

I had a great experience with one of their recruiters. Very involved in helping me find a new job and transparent during our communication.

Had a very good experience with them. In the end I did not find a company through them that suits me, but they just understood this. They were very happy to hear that I found something even though it wasn't through them. I was not pushed by them (which some agencies could learn from) and they even offered help if I had any questions about company offers. This was very nice to hear, especially since the companies were not their customers.

I have been working for CareerValue for almost 2 years now. It is a perfect employer for me personally. The mix between the ability to function autonomously, the ability to obtain solid feedback from professional colleagues and the fact that I am facilitated to perfection make this a place where I will certainly see myself working in the coming years. It is an employer with a positive atmosphere, where I work together with intrinsically motivated colleagues on nice assignments for clients. The network of loyal customers, which has been carefully built up over the past 10 years, means that I can act in the role of a consultant and, through good communication, work on sustainable solutions in the field of staff mediation.

A few years ago Toon van Careervalue helped me find a nice job for the first time. Two companies wanted to bring me in. Only afterwards did I hear from someone who has internal contacts at Careervalue that if I had chosen the other company, Toon, who then supervised me, would have received a bonus. Because I had chosen the other company, the bonus had now gone to a colleague, the one who dealt with that area. There was no attempt in any way to influence my choice in this, I was not aware of this either and the process has been aimed at finding the best match for me. I really appreciate this kind of professionalism. That is certainly not self-evident in this market. After working for myself for a while, I contacted Careervalue this time. I will soon be starting a fun new challenge around here. My experience is that this is a very honest party. Quality comes first and we have not made any statement that has not been fulfilled or fulfilled. With this they set the bar very high for competing parties!

I can't speak for the entire company - and your mileage may vary per recruiter - but I had an incredibly experience with CareerValue.

As a pre-amble: I've as a software tester for a number of years and I frequently get approached by recruiters. That experience generally comes in two flavours: very bad and alright. There's so many recruiters out there that clearly don't read your profile/CV, use canned/templated emails for first time communication or treat you like you're some kind of asset rather than a human being or - in the worst cases I've had - pretend they know what's best for you and that they can read your mind.

From time to time a recruiter approaches you that's just heads and shoulders above the rest, and the recruiter at CareerValue - who helped me find a new job - was exactly like that. Friendly, respectful and genuinely sympathetic through the entire process. Listening to what I said, thinking along when discussing options and what to look for, and it really felt like he was on my side.

Careervalue was able to give me a new job very quickly. A week after I got a call from one of the recruiters, I had two interviews, and another two weeks later a second interview with one of these companies. This conversation got me a job!

While looking for a new job, I got a call from Denise from CareerValue. There I received an offer that they would look for a job for me. The adventure started immediately.
I was invited for an interview at a company looking for three candidates. I got good tips for the conversation, I could use them well, it was a pleasant and good conversation. I had become one of the three candidates, but at the last minute the company only accepted two. So I had to wait, but unfortunately not good news.
A week later after the results I got a call from Denise with a new job at a very innovative company. There I was allowed to apply for a job. While I waited for a response from the call it was taken over by Ted because Denise was temporarily absent. I was invited for a second interview where Ted asked me how much I would like to work at the company.
I indicated that it is a company where I would love to work. Because it is a company that suits me, an innovative company.
I was invited for a third interview, which went very well. Now I signed my contract on Tuesday, which starts on September 1. And Monday September 2 is my first working day.
That is why I would like to thank Denise and Ted very much for their commitment and guiding me to the new job.

I was approached for a very recently vacant position that suits me exactly. This was arranged within 6 days. In that process there has been constant good contact with Ivano.

Because of previous experiences I have always had a bad idea of recruiters. They try to reach you in as many ways as possible and they won't leave you alone until your phone history is full of missed calls.

This is not the case with CareerValue. I was helped by Martijn Plieger. My multiple interactions with Martijn have always been neat and respectful. Martijn tries to find a company that really suits you and takes the time to really make this happen. For Martijn it did not feel like "assembly line work" but rather like professional help from someone known in the sector.

For this reason I can certainly recommend Martijn.
