Stayed here for Halloween break last weekend. The hotel was fab! Nice friendly and helpful staff. Met one of the Managers Carmel she was extremely helpful and made our stay a memorable one!! Will be back again!
Food all over cooked mistakes were made when you ordered breakfast I didn't get what I ordered
Great facility. Dinner was faultless, service excellent.
Great place lovely hotel and swimming pool not too far away from restaurants. Great staff
Everything perfect, good location and excellent service
Sea View Lounge looks fantastic after it recent refurbishment
One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in.
Staff, especially ROISAN, on reception, could not have been more helpful.
She saved me money on the accommodation, and booked a tour of the Aran Islands for me.
I have already recommended the hotel to my Travel Agent and also to family and friends in Ireland.
We normally go to the Hodson Bay Hotel but we thought we would give the sister hotel a go for a change. The staff were lovely and the room was clean and spacious. The room was well stocked with toiletries and towels. This hotel is right at the beach so perfect for families or couples who would like to walk the promenade. Pool is small so can be full of children. Salthill it's self is a bit tired looking and could do with a face lift. One problem I would have to that there was no non alcoholic drinks available at the bar only soft drinks so this could be looked at.
Gorgeous hotel and the staff were some of the nicest and welcoming ever. Great place for a great wedding
Nice bar, very spacious and staff are nice. Food was pretty good too
Beautiful place, went for a wedding reception, lovely location and great food
Good location near the pedestrian mall and large rooms
the best staff that I have ever come across such so beautiful people hotel is so lucky to have them and thank you all x
We stayed here last minute. Only room available was the handicap room. It was rather small even for handicap, but noticed chipping on walls. Seems a little dated but overall suited my need.
I looked at pics on line after and honestly none of them look like our room.
Was there for a wedding. Bar staff very inexperienced. No rush on them. Drinks were basically given out without any care when pulling them. No heads on the pints. Half of the wedding party went to the main bar as a result. While bringing out the finger food at night a waiter knocked our drinks over. They weren't replaced. They cost us 10.65. would avoid the place in future as a result
It was nice but it got a bit dated and you could only open the windows a bit you could not open them completely so there was never any fresh air in the room it was always too warm even though we had turned off the heating
Lovely hotel in a lovely spot in Galway .. you walk out of the hotel on to the sea front .. the food was good and the service in the restaurant was really good . The room is was nice and clean
Lovely comfortable room .very helpful staff.Right beside the sea.Entrance behind hotel.pool and gym as well.food delicious and hot.
Great place for meetings and conferences, great service
Five star food and lovely staff. Will return with my family.
Huge hotel. We were given a room with 1 queen and 3 twin beds. Hotel faces water fro t, but gusty wind did not allow us to enjoy the view. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of hot cooked items and dry goodand juices. Bath tub fixtures were outdated and hard to operate.
Great spot good food nice rooms what more could you want
Hotel room was fore star and the hotel staff we had to nights stay food was very good
Attended a weekend conference here. The bedrooms are spacious & well appointed. Hotel really nicely done up, the bar is fabulous, complete with shop front. The staff are so nice & friendly. The restaurant is fabulous, food really fresh & tasty, the staff fantastic. Will definitely visit again, really enjoyed my stay.
As you would expect from a 4 star hotel, great amenities. Hotel overlooks Galway bay, plenty of local shops, restaurants etc. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Beautiful sea views. Breakfast great.staff extremely helpful and chatty. Australian lady at reception very helpful
Looks like a posh place but is really friendly to normal people with low budgets. Food is good.
OMG. It is a lovely place beside the sea. Very clean. I love it
This should be a 3 star hotel not 4.
Nice location, lovely staff there to give you assistance when ever is needed.
But the hotel itself needs a bit of investment and some refurbishment to be done.
Stayed nite last year for my 16th. Loved it, staff not really nice.
Super friendly staff, both at reception as well as room service etc. Decent breakfast, quiet big rooms and good beds. We had dinner there too, which was good for a big hotel. All felt a little dated.
Lovely stay! Staff very good. Food very nice and rooms perfect. Would not recommend the swim pool - too small but overall everything worked well. Recommend.
Situated at the most Amazon location and a lovely place to be.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was very, very good. Unfortunately, the waiters and waitresses were very inattentive. Such a thing may not be in such a great hotel
Fantastic service on every level .day and night staff so courteous and professional
Well run and nice hotel. Great place for a function.
Lovely scenic surrounding overlooking Galway bay. We had afternoon sips watching the world go by on a beautiful sunny afternoon.
Fab hotel. loved it.. we stayed here for a family holiday couldn't recommend it more. kids loved the kiddies club which was on twice a day and included their dinner it gave us free time to go to the restaurant by ourselves ( food there was unbelievable) lovely pool loads to do for family's close by . Hotel right on the beach. Five star brefast one of the best we ever had.
Just had a 2 night stay with family for Mams 90th birthday the room she got was truly amazing staff brilliant friendly and very accommodating was a brilliant weekend highly recommend.
Lovely club rossie breakfast before taking over pearse stadium
Lovely place could do with more entaiment in the evening .like music.
OMG!. What a wonderful hotel. About a twenty minute walk to Eyre Square maybe a ten minute walk to O'Conners Pub. You can't go wrong
I wasn't inside but outside the building. It looks great right next to the ocean
Enjoyed my stay.. Rooms good size beds comfortable.. Nice friendly staff.. Bar restaurant food little over priced.. Food good.
Brilliant hotel food is great there . And the staff are the most heapfull and nicest ppl iv met in any hotel
A nice hotel but the rooms are a bit on the tired side. Smelt a little damp probably due to lack of ventilation. Comfortable bed. Clean. Just needs ventilation sorted
We stayed here at the weekend.. Can't fault the location of the hotel.. But.. Only 1 lift work which was a disaster if waiting for it.. The halls had a damp smell in them.. We had to request fresh towels each day and each day we had to follow up each request made we waited up to 2 hours for fresh towels on Sunday (on the pamphlet given with they key cards it states that fresh towels will be given each day)! There was no bible in the room! The swimming pool was absolutely freezing!! The food was OK.. Our room was suitated right beside a funfair to which we could not hear the television.would only reccomend the location!!.
Got upgraded to a suite. Massive room. Great location right at the beach. Breakfast was very tasty and checkout was after 12 due to it taking longer to serve breakfasts. A+
Staff and food excellent rooms very hot and could only open a small bit
Had a lovely time here. I've never had such excellent customer service. I was roaming the hotel looking for a vending machine in the middle of the night, asked the desk clerk where I could find one, and they insisted against my protests that they would make me a sandwich in the kitchen. I was brought a beautiful tray with a sandwich, pot of freshly brewed tea, and some flowers. Gorgeous view of the bay, and close to lots of fun places.
We stayed for a weekend it was great the staff were so friendly and helpful food was delicious hotel was immaculate will definitely be going back thanks for everything
Nice place to stay, needs a little updating with furniture in reception being a little tired. Good location. Staff helpful, breakfast is wonderful and a good variety.
Downside, first room we had to move out of due to an obnoxious smell coming from toilet but management moved us straight away...
Great hotel. Staff 10/10. Food 10/10. Very comfy bed in large room.
Great bowling week here. Excellent hotel with great staff.
Brilliant staff were nice and couldnt do enough for you beautiful hotel
Lovely Hotel. Always love coming back here after our Wedding in 2004!
Very good hotel had a nice short break very good facilities excellent dining. We had to one great nights sleep and unfortunately the second night was interuped by the revellers at a wedding that was in the hotel and their access for smoking was at the side of the hotel near our room. So we really could have spent the night at the wedding.
Great Irish show of live performances. Amazing dancers and very talented musicians. Worth going!
Rooms are in need of a refresh, food was excellent.
Had a good experience here, rooms were very nice and clean, staff was very nice.
Great food , beautiful hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful.
