Lots of brand name stores, not that busy compared to other complexes around. The place is always kept in tip top shape and the staff are always happy to help. The place has perpetual fragrance that is calming and inviting.

It's one of the lively places in Macau cotai strip which attracts largely Chinese crowds but welcome for all and the ambience and staff are very good and helpful as in most cases in Macau.Its known for it's chandelier in the entrance and it's upmarket shopping and the casino is one of the lively casinos in macau.

Holy smokes ... This place is HUGE. Good food, shopping and fun times. Must see this place... It will blow you away. Makes Vegas look like kindergarten.

Hotel Okura was convenient because lobby and casino were connected.

The casino is big enough, the table is more mainland friends.

It is spacious, pleasant and friendly. I can not use the swimming pool because it is February, but it is a hotel I want to go again. The shuttle to the airport is about 30 minutes long. Shuttle to the cathedral can not be done by shuttle. We recommend taxi or walk after shuttle transfer to Starworld Hotel. It was a rainy day, so I thought it was harder than I thought. Macau is busy negotiating taxi refuses. Have a nice trip. ^^

One of The best and biggest resort in Macau. there's food court, restaurant, shopping mall and huge casino. The room is big and pretty luxurious for the price. The staffs are friendly and they will approach you for any assistance. Highly recommended.

Good staff but extremely poor management. This is about profit not about service but they will learn probably too late that this goes together.

Victory in the theater, good dining. But the food court's food and drinks are expensive and poor.

From the moment we checked in to when we left it was really great. For such a big hotel, the check in process was seamless and very quick. The rooms were amazing with great views, buffet breakfast was really good with a broad selection of food and quite affordable as well. Location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants in the hotel and other hotels/casinos quite close within walking distance. Service was also exceptional from everyone we dealt with throughout the stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great place for entertainment, shopping, food and gaming at the casino.

If you're gambler. Best place for losing money. If you're closer. Then I can tell you highly recommended for loser. Any hotel in Macau waiting big looser to take their money always. I am not gambler. I just observe. I can't see anybody wins. Everybody always need to be lost. All game's controlled by computer. There's no way to win.

You can reach here by free shuttle buses from border, Macau international airport, taipa pier or Macau hong kong pier.

There are shuttles to other major hotel group resort as well

The Casino to go for in Macau, you can spend a whole day there. Play, food, you don't have to go any where else.

Shopping malls are good, people don t get a lot, and it s very comfortable to walk around.
