Very satisfied, with the need to add a deposit fee, some are inconvenient

Great complex of hotels. The swimming pools are awesome. Guests to JW Marriott have access to all pools except Ritz Carlton and Banyan Tree pools. There is a lazy river pool , beach pool with waves, and other pools.

Had a fantastic time at the Galaxy, have travelled a lot but this is at the top. Great facilities and a service standard that exceeds all previously experienced. Planning to go back.

Very nice huge hotel

We only stayed during a day trip in Macau and did not stay at the hotel.

In Macau, gambling takes place almost exclusively at the tables, the machines are rather simple and boring compared to Las Vegas.

Design of the hotel facilities in Macau is usually very nice and inovative, but unfortunately many things are very cold, careless, too spacious and often copied, it does not hold the charm of Las Vegas.

There are a wealth of entertaining resorts with several hotels for different people to choose from and a wide variety of restaurants. The most special one is Tianlang Road Park, which is a large water park, suitable for a small and old family.

2012 This is my first hotel in Macau. I have a boutique department store. There are also a lot of cinemas. There are other more advanced hotels in the series.

The diamond lobby and the crystal lobby are decorated in a fake, shopping shop and restaurant are good.

Another huge hotel along the strip. Can't go wrong if u want to gamble. Else don't waste your time

The area is vast, and there are many rewards in the street and food street. You can spend a few days in it.

Food court ... it is only natural compared to the mall / hotel next door

A place with everything, there is a mall swimming pool hotel places to eat and of course the casino for the players. And a new place recently put on the market and all new there is also a new area under construction that for sure there will be more attractions for tourists.

i have seen this place only from outside and it looks fabulous, the building itself is worth seeing and the surroundings are beautiful. if you are going to Macau you should go to this place if you can afford as it is very expensive otherwise you can click pics just like I did. Such a beautiful place to see and visit.

Based on this price, the room is not very good, the bed is a bit hard

It is a very beautiful hotel.
Also, the room was large and gorgeous, and I felt like I became a king.
The breakfast was on the ground floor, at the Kunstura (Festiva), and the number of items was quite good.
The location is also close to Macao's tourist area, Yanaya Street (Taipa Village), so it's a lot of fun to eat and go.

I do not know if smoking is being properly followed. I personally recommend Okura

A vast modern place, well designed and plenty of high end brands. Could use more western variety of food outlets and some staff could benefit more English language courses.

Great place to stay, the shuttle bus can go to many places and is big and comfortable. It s fun to play here even if you don t go out.

The room is comfortable and spacious, the service is very good, the jacuzzi in the bathroom is super comfortable, and after the swimming, you can take a bath and enjoy it super! The steam in the bathroom is also very enjoyable! The light show in the lobby is also very good!
These times I came to Macau to choose to stay at the Galaxy Resort Hotel. Because I have stayed at the hotel for a few times, I often have unexpected surprises. I also like the service quality of this hotel. Every time, I feel very satisfied. In addition, the bathroom scale placed in the hotel bathroom is very intimate, allowing visitors to enjoy Macao cuisine, which is more important than the time! Staying at this hotel is also an infinite number of fun in the Tianlang Taoyuan on the 2nd floor. The location of this hotel is very good. Fortune Diamond

Every 20 minutes, the Diamond Lobby's main attraction, the fountain displays a giant Fortune Diamond, accompanied with music. This show spans 5 minutes.
At the start of the show, the accompanying music begins and the fountain exteriors are raised with the above chandeliers raising as well, to cover for the diamond rising. Then, the exterior fountain drops to reveal a large diamond spinning around with overhead lamps shining across it, displaying several colours. After its spin, the fountain exteriors raise again to hide the diamond and the fountain exteriors drop to its normal positions, thus ending the show.
Jeremy Railton, President of Entertainment Design Corp, commented, "It's a metaphor for wishing casino goers eternal luck and prosperity."

Wishing Crystals

The lobby also houses a series of "crystals" that float above a pool of water. The decorations have motion sensor technology that triggers special visual effects when guests come close. When all the "crystals" are activated, good luck symbols flash from the "crystals" and reflect in the water

Galaxy Laseram

The gold-leaf cupolas of Galaxy Macau feature a laser show system which projects laser beams into the sky every 15 minutes. It is claimed to be the largest laser show in the world and is visible across Macau.

UA Galaxy Cinemas

Even though the majority of the shops are "known" brands that are available at major shopping malls but the Cinema and food court is an alternative to the Venetian nearby. Galaxy shopping area and inside the Casino is less crowded therefore felt more relax with reasonable space.

One should not miss to visit this place when in macau

It was the first time I was on a Macau day trip, but I was surprised at the scale!
I want to stay here next time!

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here for our two day Macau trip and we can safely say we got our money's worth. The hotel and premesis itself is amazing and definitely a reason enough to stay. However what really stood out was the customer service. Generally speaking, the service in Macau can be poor at times and good English speakers can be hard to find. Galaxy has probably the best customer service in all of China. Extremely friendly, helpful and going an extra mile to help us out. A particular shout out to Marc (from the Philippines) who works at the front for not only making our stay as nice as possible but for also remembering both our names. We were extremely pleased with his service.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Five stars.

Convenient and comfortable. Connected to shopping mall, casino, and cinema. It has a giant swimming pool. Many shops and restaurants. A good place to stay. Would be great if the hotel does not use the perfume / deodorant.

There is a whole point of the hotel, diamond embroidery, but I think it s okay, nothing novelty.

The best in Macau.
You can spend your stay with food court, wave pool, shopping mall and casino!
And you can get almost everywhere(in Taipa, Cotai) by Galaxy hotel operating free shuttle bus.

The Galaxy is really beautiful, it is a bit exaggerated. The casino and the hotel are oversized. It is also used by Hermes's toiletries. There are many shops in the Galaxy that can be visited. I recommend this one. I will go to the second time.

There are too many people checking in, so it is good to wait for 30 minutes and check-in, except for personal reasons, which takes an hour to check-in after 30 minutes of staff rushing in. It is bigger than Hawaii and Las Vegas's famous big resort, and the huge swimming pool next to Water Park is also great!
